I also got paid until May, and most of my friends did as well. I was fortunate to make more $ than I invested, and 5 out of 6 (that I know invested with EG) ended on the plus side. This doesn't mean that I would give up my investment, but it makes me think twice before I spend any $ on a legal case.

No sorry, but I can tell you that they've lost most of the deposit within 5 months after I opened the account. Then there's no 'trades' for 7 months..before the remaining funds are transferred to FC Prime.

Sorry riderX, I just jumped in and didn't read all the previous post. I got my trading statement from Ellipsys today, they show the trades and obviously the loss... There was still some $$ left before they transferred it to FC Prime au in March.

I had a look at FC Prime AU on ASIC ( Australian securities & investments commission). The female Director (and also secretary) put in a form (370) for resignation 1 August 2016. No reply on emails or phone calls..

Hi Forca, Ellipsys will give you the info, but they need a letter to confirm your signature and ID. Also ask them to change the registered email to yours.
