Just received my money from Scalper EA and crew. He sounded very sincere and I think he got into a bad position that is why he delayed in giving me my refund. I guess we can mark this case as resolved. By the way, thanks Pharoah and AsstModerator for the support.

Thanks Pharaoh, I have just filed the case. Hopefully I can get my money. I also have a feeling that these guys could have been doing this for some time and I am not the first person to be caught by them.

can I ask, how long does it take before this can be taken to court for a vote so that Omer Teke and his crew can be labelled the scams that they are if they do not return my money.

Personally I am against scammers but I just have to say that my experience with moneybookers is the complete opposite of what you have experienced. so far this ea is performing well for me. I will give it a 3 stars rating for now because it is inherently risky since it is a martingale based ea. However I am experimenting with different settings (e.g the 20pips one) in an attempt to make it safer.
