I have contacted the regulators about our cases and its been silence for over 3 weeks from their end...so as fas as the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission goes....it does not care one bit.
What staggers me the most probably is how blatant their lies are. They have not even thought it through how to make their story waterproof. They way they changed my trades, for example my NFP trade, shows just so clearly how the logic of their story is just so full of flaws.
The second trade...
1. What I have heard and what I also mentioned in my story, I know people that claim Yadix scammed them for almost 100 000€.
2. I only said that my last broker removed my profits and that has happened only once. So there are no "other brokers" and there is no pattern and in fact, that other...
Yadix has not presented not even ONE piece of evidence to back their claims, even in private just to me. I, on the other hand, have all the evidence in the world to show that I have done absolutely nothing wrong and have just traded the news and not "engaged in predatory trading practices" or...
I went to Yadix support from my VPS to ask about stuff without arousing any suspicion. They are saying that they already knew it was me in the end of the chat when I told who I am, but its pretty clear that they did not, since all the other times I have talked to them in their live chat support...

There has been a development in the case, but this development makes things even more skewed and makes look Yadix only worse.
Dear Mr....,
Following the termination of your account, pursuant to Section G. Subsection 11 of the Customer Agreement, due to the predatory trading practices on your...
Wow, I feel your frustration. The exact same thing has happened to me two times in a row with my last brokers. IronFX seems to be a pure scam and probably a market maker. I have also heard people whose profits have been taken away by IronFX. Anyways good luck and definitely guilty!!!
Guys, let me remind you that Yadix has not even cared to answer in almost 2 weeks after a sent them the invitation to join the discussion. Then FPA sent the formal invitation too, but no reply to that either. What a scam...
