Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I submitted a withdrawal request yesterday and today the status on it changed from "processing" to "overdue". I guess, they won't let us withdraw until accounts are transferred to new server.

I have 3 USGFX accounts.
The first one was stopped with the email that everybody got.
The other ones no... They are still able to trade. I think it beacuse of these accounts are newest (opened since 1 week) and the "checking" of BumbleBeeFX run done by USGFX team doesn't discover the EA.
Anyway, regarding the Withdrawal topic, the availabilty to withdrawal our money should be completety indipendent from the Issue of the LP server.
We SHOULD BE able to take our money and if not, we should contact the ASIC (ASIC Home | ASIC - Australian Securities and Investments Commission) to support us to take our earned money. Alex what you say about this withdrawal topic? Please reply. As I always said, we can run an EA that is the best in the world, but if we are not able to take the money earned, we had just lost time, and money...
Besides, how is going the "new Brokers" search? Maybe can be time to start to think for a BumbleBeeFX adventure with some other brokers...?
