when u sign up with them they ask you for details of ea youre using.presumably they will understand that bumblebee is supposed to go on the ECN LP

ok just spoke with live chat.max lotsize still 50 lot but there is no limit to number of orders.....be careful though you dont want to blow ur account on 1 or 2 losing positions in a row!

I have to say as somebody that is looking to buy this EA, is not impresaed with the support...I sent 2 emails last week still nothing and tired to talk to you alex via skype ( wich you told me to contact support ). Not to complain,but FPA and this page is acting as the support portal for this EA. There are many questions that are not for here and might be boring for the group.

Alex! there is no question that you guys have one of the best Ea's ,but support and comunication via your email support is very poor. Please take this as a constarctive complain and look to improve it. I'm sure there are many people that have the same opinion. I'm sure we all can help and work and share our opinion to help you and this great EA.

I really don't like the interruptions that USGFX has on the chart feed but not with other brokers. Those trigger trades are losing trades! Please look at the enclosed images.

These three last trades are triggered ONLY when gaps appears in the price feed!

I spoke to the support at USGFX after i opened an account with them and they told me the account that open is not an ECN. To open an ECN account i have to contact an agent and then they will be able to let me know how to open a ECN account. So you can not just open a ECN account on their website, you can just open a regular account. To open a ECN account you have to leave your phone and email and they will contact you. I am just wondering is there a special link that is provided by BBFX that we can go through to open the ECN account to run BBFX on?

i also just got a bunch of off quotes for trades.....not good.
with this in mind i would be VERY cautious trading with new LP until this kinda stuff is sorted.off quotes is unacceptable.
