it is inappropriate to present it in such a way, as if traders need to choose only one between education and experience.
you can not and should not pit education versus experience because they work hand in hand.

First we need education. Because without education we won't be able to practice even in a demo account and then when we gain enough experience in a demo account, then we can use both of these in our real account.
