Actually this is Reuters calculates.. But it is simple - (Close(1)-Close(0))/Close (0)*100%

This is framework of DRPO "Buy" pattern. Among other conditions it suggests close above 3x3 DMA then below and then above again. Thus Close 1 is first closed above 3x3 DMA.
