Looks like another EA trading on a cent account at FortFS... can the FPA perhaps stipulate that all tests need to be on real $$ accounts with $500 minimum on reputable non cent account brokers, or at least make it clear whether it's cent account or not... thanks.

I agree with you 100 %, as every vendor puts only usd 5.00 or usd 10.00 in a cent account , and trade, if the account blown up, their is no problem for him, he lost only usd 5 or 10 in the account, and collected a lot of money from buyers .
Your idea is really valuable, hope FPA become able to do it
