Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
I think the whole waiting for 20 unprofitable days thing is a lost cause. First off, there are only 20-22 trading days in a month anyway, so just 1 profitable day in a month and he doesn't have to refund. Plus, he can say whatever he wants re. the performance anyway as you discovered.

I looked on donna forex forum, and some guys there said they were doing chargebacks/disputes with their credit card companies to get the refunds. That's probably the best solution. The fact the trade copier doesn't work as advertised is probably enough to warrant a refund (in the eyes of the credit card company), but I don't know for sure. But either way I wouldn't depend on him for a refund.

I've just logged a dispute through paypal to try and get my money refunded that way. It's been escalated to a claim so should find out soon.

Don't go through paypal; go directly to your credit card company. I checked Paypal's website, and look at this below. These are instructions to the MERCHANT:

"If you've been notified of a chargeback, we'll help you sort it out.

Our team of chargeback specialists can help you build a case to take to the credit card company - assuming you have good reason to dispute it. We'll provide you with all the relevant transaction details and walk you through the steps for submitting information to the credit card company.

What to do if you receive a chargeback:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to the Resolution Center.
3. Respond to the chargeback notice or (check on the status of an existing one).
4. Provide PayPal with the information relating to the chargeback, including all transaction records (such as proof of shipment).
5. The PayPal chargeback specialist will then dispute the chargeback on your behalf and try to recover your funds from the buyer's credit card company.
6. If the credit card company decides in your favor, the buyer will be charged for the transaction and you'll get your money back.
7. If the decision is in favor of the buyer, the transaction will be cancelled and the buyer will receive a full refund.

It's PayPal's mission to help you resolve the dispute as quickly and painlessly as possible, but the process can be lengthy, so you'll need to be patient. It typically takes 30 days for PayPal to dispute the chargeback, and it may take your buyer's credit card company up to 75 days to resolve a chargeback and come to a final decision.

We can also help you reduce the risk of receiving chargebacks in the future."

I added the bold. Paypal is clearly on the side of the merchant in these disputes, not yours. For other merchant issues in the past, I have dealt with CC companies directly re. chargebacks and never even talked to Paypal about it, and never had an issue, or anything detrimental at all occur. Of course you need a good basis for the dispute, but assuming that's the case the CC company will go to bat for you.

Just my 2 cents but for what it's worth...

Different results from what he is claiming

He claims 120 pips for today (4 TP and 2 be).

I got 1TP 3 BE and 2SL, so -30 pips. See attached screenshot.

I just heard back from Paypal that they have ruled in favour of Standard Pips so i'm going all out and plastering reviews everywhere. If I can stop people signing up at least its losing him Business until he crawls back under his hole.
