Any cases not resolved and conduct that was found unbecoming of an ethical forex company will be posted here. If a company is in this folder, and they have your money, we suggest withdrawing it immediately!

For those cases the FPA feels are definitely not resolved, but that can't be classified as full scale scam. The FPA recommends extreme caution dealing with companies listed here.

Once the FPA completes its operations, and the parties involved have come to an agreement, it will be posted here.
