ForexFundas.com Review

Their website has not been working for at least the last 2 days. My emails to them bounce back, and no refund of my "guaranteed after 45 days" caution deposit refund.

2009-03-12 1 Star I subscribed to their service on 1-7-09. Their advertising indicates "Invest 750 USD and get a minimum assured Profit of 350 to 400 USD per month. Can't believe? Its true." However my experience has been quite the opposite, My account (capital put in of $2,000) has been underwater for most of the 9 weeks, and it is currently down by over 20% after hundreds of trades. They are apparently experimenting in developing their trading method: at first they used a $140 stoploss, then a $15, and the last while it has been a $25 stoploss.
Then there is the "Caution Deposit" charged when you open an account. At first it was supposed to be $150, but it was jacked up to $165 because of "taxes." They promised this "Caution Deposti" would be refunded after 45 days, but despite the fact that I have specifically requested this to be refunded to me several times in the 2 1/2 weeks since the 45 days was up, it has not been refunded to me yet. Their reply emails say "soon" or "next week," but still no refund.

Its been like 2 weeks and i havent seen any movement in the account. they have my $150 USD, i think im going to ask for the refund

I have subscribe to their services. After two trade then no trade. Send email but says permanent error . So no response and no trade. Have paid caution money of $150.
Do not know what is going on....

I'm not going to put any stars, since I haven't used the service. They seem to have stopped doing a signals service and are focusing on managed accounts. They promise a minimum monthly return of 40%! Something sounds just a tad fishy here...

Forex Fundas support is good. They answer all their mails and they try to help every problem you have regarding their services. They trade for me 2 weeks and I am very satisfied.

While searching in google i came across this link and shocked to see the customer saying denied access.

First i would like to make it very clear that, he(b c matson) hasn't completed the signup form completely.

After completion of payment, he didn't sign up the registration form.

We sent him a mail asking him to register. But no response. Then finally matching with the paypal id, we ourself set him a username and password and sent to him.

This guy without contacting the support team, he is messaging wrong about us in all the forums. We will never miss out a mail. We will reply all the mails.

Even in the shoutbox of our site, he said he didn't get access. Our admin has replied saying, send the paypal transaction id to support@forexfundas.com and he never did that. We haven't received any mail from him.

Then somehow we ourself has setup login details and mailed him.

We will never leave any customer with access denied.

Kind request to anyone who posts in the forums. Before posting anything wrong about any company, make sure you contact the support team.

I joined the premium channel but am denied access

Last week i subscribed and made good profit using their signals. I am happy with their service. Customer Support is also good. But let me try the whole month and give the correct feedback.

I have subscribed for ForexFundas.com Premium Signals two days back, the day when they started the premium service. I am happy with their signals. But its just a start. I hope their signals should be perfect always. Guyz please share your review here....
