Just received this email from IB Capital: I was hoping they could trade their way back up and get my loss back but from the sounds of this email they are abandoning their clients!

As you are aware from your Introducing Broker, Investment Intelligence Corporation PTY LTD (trading also as ProphetMax or ProphetMax Managed FX (“IB”)) our entities have ceased business together and we kindly ask you to note the below for next steps on your account with us.
As you are a client of the IB, we therefore kindly ask you to complete the attached withdrawal form (“Form”) and instruct us as to next steps. We are informed by your IB that they will be in contact with you shortly in respect of your future trading with them.
To close your account with us, we kindly request that you complete the Form: http://www.ibcapital.co/download/IBCFX_Withdrawal_and_account_closing.pdf
The Form can be filled in ONLINE by typing into the Form, and we kindly ask you to use this function so that all information will be clear and readable. After filling in the Form you can print it and sign it by hand (not digital) and return it to us by email. We ask you to make sure the format is clear and in a high resolution.

Prophet Max entice clients with expectations of 70-100% account growth in 1 year. After being with them for 6 months my account grew 16% nett. The system then went haywire and I lost 65% of my account over 1 day. There is no refund on your $2000 joining fee when you join the program...let alone any refund of your principal losses. They claim that accounts are traded manually, but the 65% crash over 1 day clearly looks like a EA system problem. Stay away....
