I just purchased Xenia EA then immediately filed for immediate refund based on not as advertised. What you need to understand this is not an advisor which will automatically place trades for you and they did mention that before pruchase. But what they did not say is that the user needs to perform a series of manual analysis which is subject to personal interpretation and judgment errors. This trading system needs to be baby sat with thorough analysis just as you were performing your own manual trading from scratch. So the only purpose for this EA is to alert you to a possible work but (in order to weed out bad from good signal) you have to perfom all the necessary manual grind including deciphering candle and candle formations, support and resistance and draw trend lines.

Talk of ease of trading the strategy and excellent accuracy in execution of trades, i give it all to hedgemasterfx scaled equation system. This is one arsenal you need in this volatile, erratic market to give you your desired winning edge. I give them 5 shinny stars.

I have been in the forex market for the past four years and I have never had the success that I get with Scaled Equation system. Rob sends his review and forecast videos which helps a lot. I dont know of any other company which supports their clients like the way Hedge Master does.

I have used the Xenia EA and the Scaled Equation since Aug 08. I have no losses with Xenia but it do
es not make many trades. Scaled Equation has made me over 90 percent profit. I would pay $197 for Scaled Equation and $89 for Xenia but $197 for both is not a bad deal. I must say how disgusted I am with what Bob (below) did to hedgemaster. I give him one star!!

I purchased Xenia and requested a refund because afterwards I found out that signals can come at any time of the day or night, which does not fit my schedule. I explained many times to Hedgemaster that I cannot be glued to my computer, including before I purchased it. Before I purchased they said "Human Factor" was involved, but it was very simple and my limitation of only being able to check trades a few minutes a day, a few times a day at the most should not affect my ability to get most of the trades. It was advertised as a 95% (not 100%) automated solution.

But the fact that signals (which also need to be confirmed) can come at any time of the day or night, makes it almost 100% not automated in actual experience. They claimed this product was never advertised as an automated solution, but their email response to my direct question before I bought it proves otherwise.

They refused to give me a refund. However, they claimed a promotion to rebate XENIA by making qualifying trades through a brokerage company (Tradeview) I signed up with was just as good as a refund. However, I mentioned to them that many other brokerages offer bonuses for trade volume (such as Alpari, FXDD), that the rebate should not take the place of a refund. They vehemantly disagreed and made personal criticisms of me. They also tried to intimidate me from posting a review on FPA in multiple emails.

I qualified for the rebate through my trade volume but I never made one trade with Tradeview based on XENIA or their other product called Scaled Equation. But I made my trades either discretionary or through an automated EA or a different system I was following.

FYI, I did not like Tradeview's spreads, which led to much worst results than another person I was comparing notes with who followed the exact same system (not XENIA) as I, but with another brokerage which highlights their tight spreads. As a result I am changing my brokerage company to that of this other person.

As you may know I come form a funds managers background. From my professional experience, investors quickly become upset once their funds under go a period of drawdown. Drawdowns are a part of the forex business and it is impossible to avoid them completely. To be successful, one must be able to minimize and manage these times of DD. The same applies to forex systems. Time and time again our members are are thrilled with the consistent profits the make while using either the Scaled Equation system of our Xenia EA. However, the new members who join during the drawdown period, understandably become upset.

We do offer a money back guarantee however, we ask for the member to provide at least 30 days of negative trade bal with demo or live account. Some members make one or two trades and request a refund. Again, one or two trades in a row may be a loss during the DD period but our systems always come out on top. In fact no one has ever provided proof of their 30 days of negative trades. This is mostly due to the fact that once we assist and inform the member of the facts, they end up being patient and end with profits.

I once again invite Mike to provide 30 days of negative trades while using our system. This has not been received on our end to help complete the refund.

I've tried using the XeniaEA according to their manual, however, I have been unable to be make consistently profitable trades with their system. They promised a refund prior to my purchase but I have been unable to receive any response from hedgemasterfx. I will update this post if they ever reply to my refund request.

This is a solid system with a good money management technique that will make you money while protecting your capital. Good site with helpful videos to teach you the system.

I am the creator of Xenia Trading system. I want to answer to Petr from Budapest. XeniaEA is not an automatic EA, it only gives potential signals and then you only open those positions that meet certain rules that we explain in our user manual. I realized that Petr didnt read our manual. Because if he had read it he hadnt wasted his time backtesting our system. The most important rules of Xenia trading system are very complicated to be implemented in the code of any Expert Advisor. If you only make a backtest, you are discarding the most important part of our system that is the human factor.
To have spent $197, Petr is really a bad buyer that even doesnt read the user manual of what he buys. Besides, if he had some problem, he should ask to us instead of misapply our system and after that posting wrong reviews.
