Support seems to be nonexistent. I have emailed them at least 5 times over the last two weeks and I have got nothing form them. Their EA looks good and I would like to buy it but there seems to be no way to purchase it form the site. They have a “gold membership” for 20 bucks a month that gives you access to all their services, but I doubt that they would let you use an EA that they are charging 200 and 500 dollars for the membership fee of 20 bucks a month. Support sucks the website lacks detail and ability to buy the products. I hope they improve.
