I agree with previous poster.
The same basic run around.
They do not honour their Refund Policy.

Hello,
Counter they claim on their website, They refuse to refund clients.
No response at all. They are cheater.
I ask FPA to help me in this case.

the vendor propose a refund policy, but seems not carry out it.
I was not happy with thier product ( loosing system ) and I ask a few days after having buy it for a refund. They answer me that I should wait 30 days before obtain it. Now there are 34 days I bought it.
I asked them 2 days ago. The answered me to have a free subscribtion, but I responded them I prefer the refund.
Since that I get no response at all from them. I have to deposit a claims at Paypal.
