b54 scam

I was also scammed by this company. A manager by name of Wally King (I am sure it is a fake name), he was with Banc de Binary and had my account details...They did not allow access to my account after a while, requested withdrawal and never happenned...

I was also convinced to join Banc 54 and like a fool I fell for it. I have tried since 12/03/2014 to get my money back from them. I have sent about 100 emails already. I swore at them, I begged and pleaded but nothing happened. I still do not have my money back. I had a call about 2 weeks ago from a woman that would not give me her name. She said B54 did not exist anymore and I should try to get my money back via my bank but they cannot or will not assist me as the payment was more than 30 days ago.

It all started, for eight months ago, with lots of of calls from B 54 Peter Floid. Finally, he managed to convince me that the B54 is the best broker and I went in with 500 Euro. The phone calls escalated and they promised me a personal broker, if I went in with more money, which I did. Peter Floid was promoted, as it was called, and I got a new broker named Steve Hemilton. He tried several times to withdraw money from my credit card without result and I urged him not to do so. He apologized. Shortly thereafter, I get a new broker, Eric Martin. I was in contact with all my brokers via Skype. Occasionally, I started reading complaints about B54 and wanted to make a withdrawal as a test of 1000 Euro. Now the problems began. My account had to be re-verified. Eric Martin was angry because I wanted to do this test. I insisted. The next day Eric Martin informs that he will be out for three weeks. Is back on March 10. Peter Floid is no more reachable via Skype. No more contact with B54. After several emails to the Compliance Department, Accounting Department and General Inquiries, I hear nothing more. Suddenly, I get an email from General Inquiries that they now have forwarded my order to account department and that my transaction will be done soon. They apologize. Time passes and nothing happens. Neither Peter Floid or Eric Martin is reachable, either via email or Skype. Emails addresses exist no more. I've called several times to Hong Kong, where they are localized, with no results. Then a woman from B54 contacting me via Skype and telling me that B54 have had problems and have now tidied up a bit. kicked employees. She tells me that she is my new Broker and asking me to give her a chance. She will deliver me a few days tradingalerts. I tried a few days but was not convinced by the results. Did a new withdraval for 14 days ago (800 EUR) and it is still pending. I complained by my Broker via skype and she told me that she will send an E-mail to a higher instance. Nothing has happened. apparently she is not available anymore on skype. By the way, she figures with a picture in skype. I'm not sure if it's her. Like last time, I have complained via e-mail to account department. No reaction. I line a back payment of 1739 EUR. On the platform it says 2-5 days payback after a withdrawal. My case is reported to the police in Hong Kong. lll

Unfortunately I have to be counted to the defrauded people by banc 54, too. Without my permission they took a lot of money from my credit cards (more than 24k) step by step.
On 02.Sept’2013 it started, that Justin Delacorte contacted me. He started to massage me by Skype, I assume he got my name from Banc de Binary. He knew I lost a lot of money on my account on Banc de Binary and he promised me, to teach me and to recover all my money. By that time, I couldn’t find any bad posts about Banc 54. When I was talking to Banc de Binary about that matter, a broker of them gave me the advice to try it out, because they would have helped a lot of people to recover their account in the past and would have a great trading statistic. I was so lured, that I decided to take a look and to test the platform from Banc 54.
They started than to deposit money without my permission. On telephone they talked to me and lured me once again, so that I signed up for a bonus. Just right after signing the form I contradict again, but they didn’t accept. I also had to verify myself, so I worked on that (the company works very slow in that behaviour) and in the meantime I thought I would manage it to get my money free by completing the required turnover.
But in the meanwhile they kept on depositing more money without my permission. I was reclaiming and they promised not to do so anymore. Because of the fact that the account looked very good and the broker Justin Delacorte pretended to try some withdrawals, I didn’t go to visa to complain there. I kept on trading until I met all the requirements.
Pretty fast I met the requirements and I started a withdrawal as I have done it before once again. This time they told me at first, that I wouldn’t be verified. After several days it appeared, that they would need two identifications. My id-card wouldn’t be enough. I would need to sent also my passport. So I did this. I sent them also my passport. My question, why they didn’t tell me this before, they didn’t answer. Now I was verified, but still I didn’t get money. Allegedly I would not have met the required turnover. The reason, why they say so, they didn’t tell me again. I assume they can’t! Here is the calculation for the turnover:
When they gave me the bonus, they booked on the account 7.501,- Euro.
The bonus had an amount of 3.750,- Euro.
Altogether there was a balance about 11.251,- Euro.
In the terms and conditions it says, that the turnover is needed to be traded 20 times.
This would be a turnover of 225.020,- Euro.
In the beginning they told me on this behalf:
Especially for me they reduced the turnover and chopped it in half. I would need to meet only 101.377,38 Euro. As I reached it they told me, that I wouldn’t be in a strange special program anymore as I would have been in the beginning, because I didn’t meet the conditions for that program. My turnover would be higher now and I would need to meet a turnover of 285.000,- Euro.
They didn’t explain, how they calculated those two turnovers, but anyways it actually doesn’t matter, because I reached a turnover higher than 350k by now. A woman from B54 called Meredith Jones confirmed, that I have reached a turnover of 323.529,83 Euro at 13.Dec.2013. My account balance (more than 48k) looks also very good, so that this shouldn’t be the problem either. So actually there shouldn’t be any problems to get a withdrawal, but all my attempts are cancelled without telling me a reason.
I can’t believe by myself, that I was so silly to join that company!

It's reviews like these that make me want to drop the "Peace" from Forex Peace Army, and form up an extra-territorial, extra-legal posse to administer a little rough justice to some of these binary option brokerage vermin.

Mr. Justin Delacorte has promised resolve my issue. I will update my review when I know results.

2013-11-23 1Star I've tried to withdraw money nearly one month now from B54. Justin Delacorte is not answering to skype or to emails. I invested 5000$ of which 1600$ without wagering requirements + promise to withdraw winnings of long term trades immediately. I've all promises documented. I've contacted support many many times - no money so far. Stay away from B54!!

I gave them my credit card details and they took 500 + 1000 EUR. After some days I tried to get it back, but noone from b54 ever respnded to my emails and skype messages. Now I went to the police to press criminal charges against b54.
Don't work with them!
