Support is bad but why do you need support for such a simple tool?
For some of you the reason its not working is your broker. Brokers like FXDD and Alprai for example have a limit on the number of pips you can place a pending order. I believe 40 is the average. So if your trading say a breakout method your not going to get filled. The pending order is stored in the logic of the script or server or wherever. The broker just sees a pending ordering coming in as price is hit. buzzzzz nope not gonna happen UNLESS your broker allows you to enter pending orders at least 1 pip away from current price action. FinFix allows this and I think FXCM does as well just to name 2 Oh and MBT as well.

Open your account clink on order window then clink on pending .. . see the small writing that says "Open price you set must differ from the market price by at least X pips. There is your clue. That is why some of you can't get this script to work properly.
4 stars because it works and I love the functions and the fact it sends me text or email. Not 5 stars because of poor support and they won't add a multiple take profit option.

Completely missed a pending trade I set up, costing me some significant money. Requested my money back, and got absolutely no response after three attempts. Finally went directly to ClickBank--they returned my money.

My guess is this guy knows his product is c***, and is counting on people not knowing how to get their refunds--he will not answer emails. So he has out money to play with, and won't refund anything unless forced to by CBank.

Stay away!

Just a follow up to my previous review. According to click bank my money has been refunded, so full marks to fximpact for honouring the guarantee.

2010-02-27 No rating I bought Forex Executor Pro a couple of weeks ago to use in conjunction with Stealth Forex and Forex Pro Monster. The idea of placing pending orders and placing stop, t/p, and break even orders for existing trades appealed to me. The theory is great and the performance excellent as long as you have your computer running AND you have an uninterrupted service from your internet provider AND as long as there is no power failure AND as long as your computer doesn't crash. If any of these four things occur while you are relying solely on Executor Pro to place your stops, you could lose your entire account. This must have been known to the programmers before they started selling the software and so you would think that they would emphasize this on the sales site. I wrote to foreximpact support about this problem and their advice to me was to put much wider stops on my mt4 platform and then place my real intended stops on executor pro. This poses the question: "Why should I use wider stops, risking more than my money management system allows, to protect me from the failure of a program that is supposed to be helping me?" I asked for my money back. I'll let you know what happens

I bought this, to be able to better manage my trades.. it works fine as long as you use it on ONE MT4 platform.. It installs on multiple platforms automatically, even if you do not want to.. worse is that it doesnt work when installed on multiple instances of MT4.. so why they have build in the auto install on all platforms is a big questionmark for me..

BUT Once I discovered it works fine when using on one MT4, it has proven to be a usefull tool for me managing trades, there is only one thing that I still havent dealt with and that is if my broker sends a requote after FXI executer opens/closes an order, it fails to try again.. I have set slippage to 3, but this may be not enough. Because of this I missed one order to open and one important take profit last week, the 35 pip profit turned into a 40 pip drawdown, luckely it turned again and I could close manually with 10 pips profit.

So REMOVE executer pro from all MT4 paltforms, except the one you are going to use it on. Set slippage to 5 or 6 and then this can be a remarkably usefull tool.

But as said by the previous reviewer, support is terrible, you must get it from forums and other traders that use this tool.

What I like is that stop loss can be moved to break even after a certain ammount of profit is reached. a trailing stop can be added after a certain ammount of profit is reached, like set a trailing stop of 30 pips after 50 pips of profit is reached.. which means you lock in at least 20 pips of profit.. at the same time you can move the stop loss to break even after a complere different value like 35 pips of profit. This way you prevent the stop is moved too quickly to break even in case you use a trailing stop by MT4, but at the same time prevent a loosing trade after it has allmost reached your profit target.

This is really great when you cannot babysit on trades.. What I do often is analyzing the charts in the evening, and set pending orders using FX executer for the next day, check in the morning for break outs and pull backs, adjust the pending orders if necessary, and then go on with my day.. in the evening or sometimes during lunch I check if some trades have fired, check for profits, move stop losses etc.

three stars because of lack of decent support, for an otherwise very usefull tool.

I do not agree with the previous poster that it is bad, that is simply not true.. it takes some effort from your part to learn the habbits of this tool, but once you know how it works it is ectremely usefull.

Wouldn't touch anything from FXImpact with a barge pole. Anybody who can charge their customers up to $2000 for any system and then choose not support them afterwards, is clearly only in this to take your money. I bought Executor Pro and had a problem with it, probably a very simple issue at that, but at least I know if you buy anything from Jason Fielder, don't expect to be supported - you are on your own!

Very dissapointed!
