I was one of the idiots who paid full price for the one on one training back in 2011. I don't know how he had the front to do this face to face, but that I guess is the skill of a fraudster. It was a complete and utter waste of money - he knows nothing about trading successfully and managed to fleece so many people (and his site is still online - apparently his trade copier service has 4.5 stars reviews!!!) Thankfully no-one will sign up if they bother to check here, although there will still be those who are taken in. Shame on you Andy.

Concur with all those who say that Andy doesn't know the first thing about trading. I also lost a fair amount of money with his trade copier service back in the early part of 2012. Finally cut bait after a couple months when it appeared he didn't have any real answers for his poor performance, especially after others were making money during the same time period. Buyer beware!

Why isnt this in the scam folder??...this guy is clearly a fraudster and doesnt know anything about forex trading sounds like abit of a loser to me I hate people like this that ruin the industry

Review Moderation Team Note: No one has opened a Traders Court case against this company. If you have proof of scam, the next step is to open a thread in the Scam Alerts folder of the forums.

I purchased his system in 2011 over $800 Let me just say he is nothing but a outright fraud he makes money by selling systems and software if he was a good forex trader he would not have to do this. I paid $800 for 19 pages of words type on a paper completely useless his method does not work. Save ur money

Well, simply put...And is a scam. I saw through him in the first month when he kept giving excusses for his losses. He gave some very funny commentary as to why he lost any trade which was very annoying to say the least. I trade forex myself and I thought combining forces would increase my profit. Oh was I so so wrong. He almost wrecked my account. I stopped the stupid trades he sends from getting close to my meta4trader 7days after I got the service. To say the least he is a very rude individual. I sure put him in his place by an email he said he would always live to remember. Cut and dry stay VERY CLEAR FROM ANDY. HE IS A FAKE FOREX TRADER, INFACT THE WORSE OUT THERE. FOR THE PHD METHOD, LET'S JUST SAY HIS REPUTATION PRECEEDS HIM ON THAT ONE.

Everything stated below is absolutely correct. I tried to give Andy the benefit of the doubt for 3 months (more fool me!)

I now believe, even if you had tried very hard you could not have had as many loosing trades as Andy Thompson. Out of 26 trades, 21 were loosing trades and the winning trades were only winners by a few pips whereas some of the loosing trades were much bigger.

When I challenged him towards the end he said he just could not understand what had gone wrong and it had made him really ill.

Obviously not as ill as the 280 people who signed up to his service and paid his £100 a month for 2-3 months.

I reckon he netted at least £50,000 in fees from this little scamming venture and fair play, he managed to string us all along.

Somehow, he managed to convince everyone that he was a veteran trader, but I actually believe that he has no idea about trading at all. I wondered if I was on candid camera at one point when trade after trade kept failing followed by excuse after excuse.

The only light at the end of the tunnel was that whilst he was loosing all of my money for me, I did actually make a little through my own trading during the same period.

At the end of the day during the period of his copier service there was a 700 pip drop on the EURUSD so he should have made a killing.

He basically was out to scam and I now am sure he planned this very carefully.

He said to me at the end that he felt very bad about all the money people had lost. My next question was what told me whether this was the truth or not!

'Why don't you refund the subscriptions Andy. I appreciate that people have lost far more off their trading accounts, but at least this would be a gesture and 'The Right' thing to do.

As you can probably guess, no reply.

So Andy, enjoy your £50K whilst sitting on the beach somewhere. Just remember when spending it that it is not yours!

After all is said and done, I still plan on continuing to trade and will become successful. It will just take time and a few less people like Andy trying to bring me down.

Good luck to the other 279 people who fell for this one too. Practice, practice and practice until you crack this Forex life.

I have been a member of this copier service since its inception & am joining the long list of fellow unhappy copier customers of Andrew Thompson or the Jackal. The simple premise to have profitable trades copied to your account has totally failed and I paid him for all of these losers.

The FX markets are always tricky which is why I was drawn to a copier service run by an expert but clearly Andrew Thompson has sold me and operated a 'shrink me account' copier service as loss after loss has cost me a lot of my capital.

I agree with the review below about his other strategies that he will gladly sell you for nearly £1,000, if he cannot make his own strategies work in live markets why do you think you will?

Steer well clear of this guy, do not listen to his BS marketing and follow the reviews on FPA not the one sided testimonials on his site. AVOID!
