I used it for over a year and it never work because of the delays like everyone says. And now I can't even log in anymore. I think they took everyone's money and closed their doors!!!!!! WATCH OUT!

I've been playing with this software for a while. I won't say it's a total scam, but I think people don't understand how it works. For most purposes, however, I'd have to say it's not very useful. Certainly NOT worth the money they're getting for it. This program uses a neural net to look for historical patterns. It's sensitive to most of the settings that you can change in the program, but that's not obvious. If you watch it in real-time, it takes a bit of time to recognize turns. It'll put up one arrow 10 pips into a rise or fall, and there might be a plateau where it'll put up another arrow. I've seen 3 arrows clustered around a turn, but after a while, there will only be one, or sometimes it'll even disappear. This is strictly analytical software. It's not predictive at all. Sometimes is does ok, but I used a demo account to trade its indicators, and the results are almost random. Again, I think it's an interesting piece of software, but useless for trading. And their support (if you can call it that) sucks. Save your money for something more useful.

I have used Forexmaster as a tool for 2 years now I will admit customer service is not helpful but the program works well if you can fine tune it. It is not a user friendly program and was down for 3 months in 2005 for upgrades. Overall I find the program a good tool once tuned in.

I resisted buying this program for a year or more because of the no trial policy but finally gave in and bought. Junk, joke, scam all the way! The signal arrows come late, the chart updating stops every 5 or 10 minutes and you have to re-open it. I e mailed them to ask about the signals coming after the fact and never heard back. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY. I filed a dispute with Pay-pal only a few days ago and today got a notice of a refund of $495. I couldn't believe it because they never answered my e-mails when I wrote to ask why the software was so lousy.

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT THRU EBAY, THE SELLER HAD USED IT and SAID TO USE 4 SCREENS TO CHOOSE THE TREND. I HAVE NOTICED THE Buy-Sell SIGNALS ARE DELAYED, AND IT GOT TO BE QUITE ANNOYING. THE PRODUCT IS NOT DEPENDABLE HE ASKED ME HOW I TRADE. I THOUGHT THIS PRODUCT WOULD REPLACE, HOW YOU TRADE. NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN RELY ON. I CANNOT RECOMMEND IT... NO UPDATES, SUGGESTIONS were CONFUSING BY SELLER. Whats NEEDED is a way to make suggestions on where you should place ORDERS, PLACE STOPs and TAKE PROFITS. IT DOESNT, do that at ALL. SAVE YOUR MONEY, HONEY. The BEST to YOU.

I had exactly the same bad experience as the other users here, and I had tried to get a refund but was refused. Fortunately, with all my effort and the help of pay-pal reconciliation center, I got the full refund eventually. They are still selling this useless product in the market. Don't feel bother to ask for refund, because this company should not get the money that it does not deserve.

It's sad being the first one to fall for this scam and write about it, but hey, it's good for you because you won't have to go through what I did. After being trading in the FOREX market for a couple of years, I've seen some really good programs out there, but they haven't offered the flexibility so that I can be off the computer and be profitable, and reading the Forex Master page i was a little skeptical, but shelled out 695.00 dlls anyway to see what this program was all about. Big mistake! So, what do you get by paying that amount of money? a 492kb (red flag) executable JAR file (double red flag) for you to download and "install". More than a dollar per kilobyte, what the..? Well.. I thought that there must be something really good for me in this shitty little file for me to pay that kind of money right? Wrong, the program is seriously flawed, but forex master still swears by it. Ok, so you're backtesting it, the signals look REALLY great... too great... it's either the holy grail of Forex Alert Programs or another REALLY old scam going about the internet for a couple of years. It proved to be the latter, but how does the program report such profitable signals? This scam is actually quite simple. They send you the candlestick data feed, you're watching the market move... and waiting for the damn signal to appear. And guess what! the signal appears, but several candlesticks earlier, which is an easy 4-6 hour delay, and strong market movements usually end before that, you're left in the dust. But the signal is still registered to having appeared right over the candlestick that register anything when you were glued to the computer screen. Don't even bother contacting forex master anyway, and let me tell you this, tweaking the TP% settings or using multiple charts won't help you a bit (in case they tell you that). If they tell you this, they want you to believe that it's actually your fault the program isn't working, because it does... (according to them). You must be really slow to not realize that it isn't your fault it's not working, it just doesn't work, period. This program is a scam all the way, a very hard one to catch since it looks SO nice when you backtest it, and it records every pip it didn't predict. How nice it would be to be looking at a chart and wishing to have predicted a strong movement a couple of hours ago, it's exactly what these guys do! They look at the movements and send signals, hours delayed, and appear on your magical 492kb chart exactly on the right candlestick when the trend changed. Don't buy this program, in fact, almost every program that has an affiliate system is another red flag. It's like they're saying: So what! you got screwed, get your money back by screwing even more people for us! I'm through with this program, don't fall for this one. You can predict better movements yourself, seriously. - Jeremy Stiles

I don't know much about them except that they don't show the performance of the signals other that saying the system will generate a certain amount of pips per day. But they show no past results. I e-mailed them about a year ago asking for some type of trial even if it was a paid trial, they said no they won't offer a trial not even a paid one and that you have to buy the product outright for $650. In other words you have to trust these people who you have never met before and buy this with no past results shown and no trial.
