Curiosity got the better of me and I went ahead and got it...
Well it certainly is an easy method to use... and it does have some merit/principle behind it.
But, too simple -- a visual scan of the chart reveals that this clearly works about half the time and doesn't work half the time.
I guess that is true of any mechanical method, but was expecting just a little bit more from something callng itself "super scalper".
Anyway I kept the ebook and did not ask for a refund. It also came with a scalping robot as promised but I did not test it.
