This is a crap. No Money Back at all. They send me an e-mail saying: "We have fix our EA re-load it in our web site." I did and now it does not work at all.
I never asked for it I did ask for my money back.

I bought their EA shortly after it was first released on 11-11-09. I ran a backtest from 1-1-2007. In their manual they tell you if you want to run your own backtest start on 1-1-2008, just by co-incidence. The equity curve looks great from 2008 to date, but in 2007 it almost erased the entire account in the backtest. Because of stellar results from 2008 onwards, it managed to get the account back to breakeven by today, but I would never trade this robot on a live account because obviously it has been curve fitted to recent data to make it look good so they can sell it. Plimus was the vendor who did the transaction so I asked for a refund as per forexwarlords 60 day moneyback guarantee. They sent me an email to contact support. For the life of me I don't know what support could tell me that would ever give me a reason to trade this thing live anyway. I read the entire manual that came with the EA again and could not find their support web address anywhere in the document. I finally did find it in the receipt email I had received from Plimus. I emailed them but got no response from the developer. Then Plimus sent me an email that since I did not contact the vendors support in 2 days that they now tell me the issue is resolved and will not issue a refund. Now the link from their email receipt is no longer accessible for me to complain. I have turned it over to my credit card company for them to resolve this issue and make them honor their 60 day moneyback guarantee if you are dissatisifed for any reason. I am majorly dissatisfied with not only their product but also with the behavior of Plimus. They since broke the EA down into 2 EA's and they both almost erase the account in 2007 too. Now they have issued a 3rd EA, but my download link has been disabled since I asked for a refund, but this probably does not work either. I have lost all confidence in this EA. WARNING TO ALL, DO NOT WASTE YOUR $97 ON THIS EA.
