Careful. They disappeared with my money. I lost everything I had in my account and did not have the chance to withdrawal my money

Hello, to explain you more all my story with Formula Fx, I made a request to be contacted from them in February 2015 by email about managed account. Rosario Ricci contact me immediatly and he said to me that the minimum amount to invest with managed account was 2000 Euro or Usd but there was a promotion to start with 500 Usd or Euro. They propose also a 100% or 200% bonus. So If start with 2000 Euro they will give me 2000 or 4000 Euro of bonus. Then I continue to be in contact with them through the assistant of Rosario Ricci. His name was Cristiano Santi. He was always very kind with me, also if sometimes he was too urgent. Honestly my first opinion about them was positive. They sent me some proof of trades with other managed account clients. So I trust them and in October I spoke with my mother that has 2000 Euro available and we decided together to open an account with them. My mother made a wire transfer and the money was credited in her account the 26 October. After that I spoke around beginning of November last time with Cristiano Santi then after several emails with no replies, around 2 weeks ago this new men of italian desk Demetrio Tornabene call me to ask what I need. I said to him that no one trades for 2 weeks was too much. So he made under my request one trade immediatly the say 11 November. At the end of the phone conversation he said to me that for the future I must always speak with Cristiano Santi because he was my account manager. But Cristiano Santi was sick at home: After 11 November no more trades and no more calls, Skype or emails from Cristiano Santi that disappears from 02 November, day of his last email I have received from him. Also I asked 100% bonus so 2000 Euro my deposit, + 2000 Euro bonus, but in my account I dont know why I have 200% bonus 2000 Euro my deposit + 4000 Euro bonus and I dont understand why. To clarify I just would like to inform you that the only trade that they made the 11 November was very good because he was on profit of 279,32 Euro. But the problem is why they disappears and they dont reply me anymore to my emails ? Before Cristiano Santi was always online on Skype and I spoke with him several times on Skype. Now is offline. Why at the italian phone number and the english phone number of the customer service of Formulafx nobody answer ? I tried about 10 times in the last 15 days. I hope that everything will be clarified from them and they will contact me soon by email or phone. But also I want to see if they will continue do trades and especially if it will be possible to withdraw when I will request like I made now for the 31 December. I will keep you informed about everything but I'm not happy for this situation because my first impression about this company was good especially for Cristiano Santi that appears me serious and professional. 2015-11-23 2Star I opened in October an account with them. The 26 October I sent 2000 Euro. They contact me many times Rosario Ricci before and then Cristiano Santi. Now Rosario Ricci disappears and Cristiano Santi is 2 weeks that don't answer my emails. Ther is a new men in the italian desk Demetrio Tornabene. When he call me was very strange because apparently he has the same voice of Rosario Ricci on the phone. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm not sure. Anyway in 1 month they made me tjust 1 trade !!! Good trade but just one trade. In the contract is writed that you can withdraw 4 times per year (March, June, September and December) but you must inform your account manager 15 days before. Now I made I request for the 31 December, so apparently I'm in time but nobody answer the phone, nobody call me and nobody answer my email. I will inform before Christmas about what it will happen with withdraw request. To be clear the account is under the name of my mother Ida Anna Abignente and her account number is 5385491.
