I have been with FxPlanet since September 2011 and very happy with them. The order execution is fast, no requotes and no slippage. The funding and withdrawals are not instant, it takes about 1 or 2 days, but the company is always keeping you informed on withdrawal execution status. And there is no need to ask them twice, like in other brokers, especially when you withdraw your profit.
