So where are we now with this? Would appreciate if any decisions have been made to recover funds and if so, where to go? Should I contact a collections agency?

In March 2008, I thought Little Shell Gold-Quest was OK. I sure think differently now and I am upset with myself for getting involved and extremely angry with David M. Greene, John Jenkins, Michael McGee for stealing my money. I have not received a penny back. I feel violated- I have been lied to and I really need the money. BEWARE!!

2008-03-31 5 stars Appreciate being part of Gold-Quest International. Their paper work is extremely accurate and keep me abreast of any information on a regular basis. I find no fault with this company and would recommend any family members or friends to invest with confidence.

HORRIBLE! it is a pyramid type scam that is currently being investigated on this side of the border as well as in the USA, I personally have investments with this company and I was completely unaware that I was getting into this sort of situation. I was skeptical at the return on your investment, but I checked it out and it seemed legitimate.

Warrent out for the arrest of David Greene for contempt of court. G-QI continues to be uncooperative with the receiver and with the courts, thus, prison in order to be an incentive.

Of note, if you check out the receiver's website (gqireceiver.com), look for the deposition exerts from Robert Baker's deposition. He was the forex trader for g-qi and in his deposition he says that with what little amount he did trading, he consistanly lost vast amount of money

I have lost money to this scam, and would advise anyone who looks at investing with these idiots to due some extreme diligence. The websites they send you too are phony as well as all of their "extremely accurate paperwork" (Thanks for that one Rebecca had a good laugh- how is your investment doing by the way?) BASICALLY DONT INVEST!

update on investigation, U.S SEC has just obtained court order to halt actions and seize assets of goldquest on grounds of it being a pnzi scheme

The company is currently being investigated by the Manitoba Securities Commission, The BC Securities commission who have issued investor alerts and according to news reports the RCMP.

If your willing to take a chance on an investment this is the one! I have checked with 5 gov't agencies on both sides of the borded, a lawyer and a top official in the R.C.M.P. all of which have confirmed they are running a legal opperation and have no criminal background. My family and I have had nothing but positive results with this company. They are vert easy to work with and have always delivered on there contracts.

SO FAR SO GOOD. THERE IS RISK IN ANY INVESTMENT. PULL YOUR INITIAL INVESTMENTS OUT WHEN YOU HAVE A CHANCE.
