The BT Prime Ltd., the Liquidity Provider of the Goldstein Brokers Ltd., who is its custodian company, has become insolvent, announced bankruptcy and blocked all transactions as a result of the dramatic Swiss Franc movement on Thursday January 15, 2015.
While handling the situation Goldstein Brokers Ltd. focuses fully on the interest of its customers. Our company responded immediately to the situation and started the accustomed steps for being capable performing the wire transfers of our customers.
Until clarifying the margin of the invested customer capital, the service background of our company has been disabled by the BT Prime Ltd. During this period Goldstein Brokers can not provide certain services, such as trading, wire deposits and account opening. Meanwhile the company can not accept new customer capital (wire deposits), the ongoing transfers will be sent back.
Our colleagues are continuously working on solving this situation, more information will be provided as it becomes available.
