I do 20-25 lots per day, i gained but not that much, it s difficult to get execution during news, and I got requote, in normal times execution is fine. I believe their best thing is the support and cusotmer service i feel im really supported and didn't face problems with withdraw at all

Now I safely received back my deposit and can write very bad experience with them.

1. "All market orders are confirmed within seconds at prices clicked on or accepted by the client and that's guaranteed."
They say so, however; they never confirm "ALL" market orders, especially in volatile market! You will definitely get requotes. WHen I asked about it they said they would correct it soon but THEY STILL SAY SO! Don't be fooled.
2. "Instant order execution." NEVER! Even in a normal market condition, it takes like 7 seconds to be executed. Of course, the execution is INSTANT IN DEMO account to make you wanna trade in real account. It may take a FEW MINUTES to be executed during news time.
3. They widended their regualar spreads. No such information provided to customers. They said they widended the spreads because the market was very volatile after G7 meeting, but it has been 2 weeks from it!

And here is what I have experienced.
I traded during news time and I was to make more than 10,000 USD. The order was executed more than 3 minutes after clicking but it was okay for me because I was making a lot of profit. But when I tried to close it, they requoted me at exactly the same price as I bought. Then I rejected and was requoted with 20 pips lower from the current price. Again I rejected it. Then, I was suddenly disconnected from the platform by them. I tried to connect again and close my position, but they CONTINUOUSLY bothered me logging on and closing my position. MORE THAN 20 TIMES. And when I finally could keep logging on without their intervention, I notice a pop up saying "Invalid Price" and my position just DISAPPEARED! So I asked the customer service via live chat what is happening and she just left the conversation. And then, I talked to another customer service and said that I traded at an invalid price and their dealers removed my position. I really argued with them but they never hear me what I said. Now I am just glad I could take back my deposit.

THIS BROKER IS A TOTAL SCAM. You should stay away.

opened a account last month. spreads are relativly similar to other, but margin is good : 1:400, ie 250$.. had one or two requote max, but in general good company, nice support..

I have opened a real account with them three weeks ago with only 500 euros. I have made 3000 over the two weeks who followed but ive done a huge mistake: i have traded 5 lots during the g7 meeting so ive lost all my poisitions. but IHI was very good with me, exectution was very fast. they even put 20 $ bonus on my account because they were late by two days to open and activate my account.

trying with 5,000$ now, no problem in execution, i took only mini orders, imade one withdrawal, it takes 3 days, still tudying the company, till now i can give 4

worst than bucketshop; there is no automatic execution, when you buy the dealing desk puts it on pending , if price goes against you, you get executed , if it goes up you get requoted.

Just compare their charts to other good forex brokers and you will see a lot of stop hunting.

mw and my friend have 2 accounts, we found the following

advantages: fair execution, frinedly support, easy and powerfull platform, no problems in withdrawals

disadvantage: spread not lowest in market, not regulated with NFA

am surprised. i have worked with them 8 months now. i like limit and stops execution since i only trade two hours per day. the platform is friendly, support is professionel nut their spread is higher than the market"

All above reviews from almost around the world, and all made money, is it too perfect to be trusted??
And all those reviews seem to be written by same people, cause of the writing style. Well, why the cheaters can not make things more professional?
