I currently work as an independent Forex trader, with 36 clients...Ive traded this software with great success...This software was recommended to be by by mentor..I had paid my mentor $50,000.00 for one week of training..It sounds rather foolish, but Ive made back my money back many times over..It was the best investment that Ive ever made..On people complaining about the slow upload on the demo videos, their incorrect..Its live data feed and it works smoothly..I had spoken to the developer by the slow upload on the demo, and their response was that this was due to the software they used in recording the demo..I had no problems, and it runs very smoothly for us..Ask past users of the software, if they have this problem..
The neural network software works extremely well in catching long term movement..Its uncanny...All my clients are in the positive, and are very happy..The software is missing some important features, The original clients, had received something extra..Ths has changed the software dramatically... A fibonacci software that helps predict ranges.and a 3rd party drawing tool, that we use for a specific trading technique that has made alot of money for us..We also use a short term trading resistance range, with the software, that helps pin point setup and exit strategies...I would rate this software very good, but since we have to use some extra techniques, for uncanny results, I could not rate the software excellent..

OK, first of all I own the software and have traded from it. There are 2 questions to ask about the software:first, how good is the neural network algorithm at picking tops and bottoms, and second, how good is the software.
So, to the first question: the algorithm is pretty good. You can run it on about 25 currency pairs, most of my favorites are represented. You can choose most of the common time frames (except 4 hours. For some reason you can choose 1 hour, 3 hours, 12 hours but not 4 hours.) You have control of a sensitivity parameter that determines the number and accuracy of the signals (a trade off). In actual usage interpretation requires some judgement. For some stretches of price data, in some time frames, the signals are dead on, and trading them for those stretches would be extremely profitable. For other stretches, the signals whipsaw badly, or repeatedly signal buy, for example, during a period of congestion. My feeling is an experienced trader could use the signals as a starting point for possible trades, but you would need some other reference to avoid the dry periods.

Now to the software. Definitely somewhat buggy. For example, you set an alert, come back later, the alert has turned itself off. The interface is hokey and amateurish, there are no email alerts or cell phone alerts, no drawing tools, and if you want to track multiple currency there is no efficent way to scan thru charts to look for recent signals. So as software it is rather cheesy. But the signals themselves, at least for stretches of time, and at the right parameter setting, are quite impressive. I hope the author reads this and it prompts work on an upgraded interface with better features and reliability.

Just watched one of their youtube videos and gave up half way through because it was so painful to watch malfunctioning software. The graph kept disappearing and he had to keep pushing a refresh button. As a software engineer, I can tell you that is either a horrible user interface or a very buggy piece of software. Given that another reviewer said the arrows move after the fact, perhaps the software keeps recalculating the values for the historical data as the neural net decides that the trades should have happened differently? Or it is just a badly written program that cannot manage to keep the display up. Anything written that badly cannot be relied on to provide proper functions when you really need it. Software always works better during a demo than it will for real cases because the demo helps sell the software ... so anything that bad during a demo is best avoided.

I found this site on Google while looking for a neural-network trading system. The fee of $495/year looked reasonable, and I liked the You Tube presentation about how the system worked. But I thought I would e-mail the company asking them questions, such as what would happen if the company went out of business during the one-year period. He did indicate that the company was being bought out, but that the data feed would continue. A week later I gave my credit card number to Pay-Pal, but after a few days the money remained undeclared. I e-mailed the contact, a Craig Morley at rme.com. He admitted that they were havng problems with Pay-Pal, but promised that the problem would be corrected shortly, and even offered to give me the service free for one year. A week later I had not heard from him and e-mailed him. He said that he had not forgotten about me and still promised me a free subscription. There waere just some problems that still had to be worked out. He even suggested that I pay and promised me a full refund (yeah, right). To date I still haven't heard from him with my promised password. Fortunately, Pay-Pal refunded my money, and considering what I read below, I hope I never do.

Just have a look at those pretty little charts on their site. Notice how the buy and sell arrows call tops and bottoms with uncanny accuracy, well guess what. What you see in real-time and what the chart shows after you load historical data is another story. The arrows formed in real-time will DISSAPEAR OFF THE CHART if they were wrong when reloaded with historical data. What else? How about arrows on a 5 minute chart that plot 3 bars LATE! Yep, called a perfect top 15 minutes after it happened, now that's what I call professional grade software, so much for their 'real-time' signals. Of course none of which they mention beforehand.
