I followed Oswin trades for a while and was intrigued enough to purchase a license. The web site raved on about 24/7 support. It took days to get a reply or to get the licensed moved to a different account.

I used it successfully for a while, quitting all trades when the basket reached about $200 in profit. This worked great. But, I noticed that it kept getting on (what I thought was) the wrong side of trades, so I quit using it. Over the next three days, the myFXbook account blew up, losing about $7,000 in the process.

Of course I asked for a refund. Of course, I'll never receive it. Now, they aren't replying to any emails.

STAY WAY!! If you aren't convinced, I'll sell you a license for $50 (along with the Brooklyn Bridge for an extra $1).

I must honestly say that I do not understand this criticism of this EA. I have no problems with VPS. The EA makes excellent profits.
Of course, I changed the settings,
especially the LotExponent have set lower.I only have a small account 1300Euro - Beginning July 15 -1 - Profit 893.34 Euro.

Stay away! Poorly coded EA. It doesn't close trades correctly, NO FIFO support, it crashed my VPS after several days because it was generating so many error logs that it filled the 10 GBs of drive space.
These are easy things to fix but the vendor refuses to fix them. I suspect it may be because they got the code from somewhere else and don't know how to fix it.

Don't fall for this scam. Do yourself a favor and manually trade rather than let some worthless EA do the trading for you. I lost money from using this EA and also from buying it, that being said don't expect to get your money back. Seller is M.I.A. and unresponsive once you email them about getting a refund.

I was lured in by this robot because it had no one criticizing it and forex peace army backed up the sites reputable return as well as where i found it on another site.
It sold for $200 AUD and seemed like a robot that waits out large price movements and basically risks bottoming your account out because it will try to put 100% on the line. luckily theres a way to reduce the risk via settings and reducing max lots and number of trades. it also seems to use a grid system to place multiple trades and sell them all at one point.
however i ran into an error when posting too many trades open at once during the back test and the robot couldnt close the trade. i suspect this was stuffing it up. I was also worried about the huge dropout when the backtest finished and closed all open positions. Sometimes emptying the account. I have also emptyed accounts [in backtest] from having too large number in max lot size. see it multiplies the lot size over the number of trades. these are all adjustable. But it would have been heaps better with a defined stop loss and take profit.
In the end i took it back and even though the seller was reluctant to refund me i got it through a paypal dispute. Always use paypal when you can so you be assured you'll get your refund back.
admittably i didnt do a propper 4 week test running it on a demo account. but im of the opinion that if it fails my back tests then im not interested. I actually built a set of better and safer robots for the same price.
