Most useless software... never took any trade and they were of NO help - would not even have niceness to respond.. And trying to SELL more junk....Sending more emails to SELL MORE...

I bought this EA and refused the upsells and couldn't get the download. After a couple of emails this was rectified and I got the software and manuals.

I couldn't get it to trade at all and all I got was a load of emails saying other people were getting loads of pips and did I want the up sells. I attended a couple of webinars but this was all about basic setting up not real trading.

Finally got replies to my emails and tried a few things but given their idea is that you should only be trading the USDCHF between midnight and 3:00am GMT how much trading was I expecting !!!

Finally got sick of the whole thing and claimed a refund through PayPal, (which is all I use to buy these things because at least you can get your money back under 'NOT AS DESCRIBED')

I have had the EA for 3 weeks now and there was only ONE trade, and that trade only occured on one of my Alpari platforms, I have 2, and on none of the other brokers that I have (3 others). When I queried this with them their response was "it will trad during the trading times) which is poppycock as the trading times of all the brokers was at the same GMT time. I questioned them again about this but am still waiting for a responce. I asked for contact detaisl i.e. phone but never received any.
Not very efficient support!!!

I purchased this product and bought the up sells. First off I could not log into any of the products, then had trouble verifying the licence number needed for the EA to trade ( which is supposed to be your clickbank number). I was sick of it all so I asked for a refund only to be meet numerous times with Tech support instead of my refund requesting to know why and insisting they only want to help. I asked why they couldn't be up front about the up sells so people know what there getting right off the bat and there reply was to help me! I think it's more about stuffing money into there pockets.

On top of that I did decide to give it time and gave them the benefit of the doubt but the EA just never even traded in 10 days.

Now still I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt however when I received an email from them trying to up sell me on something that I had already purchased claiming that so many people were already making alot of money with the EA I questioned them. No answer to my question. I again requested a refund and eventually I have got it.

I will say that there support is o.k by means of they do get back to you. Not that it was much help really.

Oh also I should mention also the final straw for me was the fact that they were holding a webinar exclusive for there inner circle members which just said it was a Quantum EA support webinar, so I got onto the webinar only to find it was yet another attempt to sell me another fantastic bit of Software, it had nothing to do with the original EA that I had purchased which I was keen to learn how to use and thought the webinar was going to help me.

Anyhow this is my experience and I would advise against buying it as it all just seems like a huge marketing scheme and not really legitimate.

2012-02-21 1Star Further to previous comment... numerous up-sells, etc, and the whole big, long story they give seems like a lot of horse doo-doo! Keep it real folks...

I haven't bought nor tried this EA yet, but I can honestly say I never will. Try checking out their website and closing the page. You'll get a ton of persistent and aggressive popups...it's an ordeal to close the page! Sleazy advertising at it's best. No thanks
