As of December 7th, 2011, the Ray4x website claims, "First of all Ray 4 provides the highest standards of security as it is registered and authorized under O.C.M Online Capital Markets Limited by CySEC - Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission - under license number 108/10. Ray 4 operates under Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID)."
Online Capital Markets has contacted the FPA and tells us that neither Ray4x or XoomForex is related to them in any way,
The FPA recommends EXTREME caution dealing with this company until this issue can be resolved.
