I believe that the RTC service is gone. I signed up for it (paid), didn't receive any emails or communication of any kind (except from ClickBank), and eventually requested and got my refund (by default, as the vendor did not respond to the refund request).

The couple instruction-pages on their website for new members are dated mid-2009 as I recall, and the "live chat room" cannot be logged into any longer.

Given my earlier comments, I disputed the Clickbank charge for this service directly with my credit card company. Today they came through for me and I was able to get a prorated refund -- 8 months worth -- for this "service".

If you are outside of the Clickbank refund window, I encourage all that can document (copies of emails, etc.) the lack of signal communication from this provider to dispute the charge with your credit card company if you would like a refund for the product.

There is no customer service here. You pay and you neve hear back. Jeff has not responded to any of my 10 emails. Yet repeatedly sends me more spam to buy his book. and attend webinars and ohh yeah, throw in money for a joint trading venture!!!! This signal service should be marked as a scam. And whoever has backed this system is most assuredly in on it!!!!

I have attended their trade room twice or thrice...it looks good..JeffG is quite friendly and responds every query..But honestly speaking,i have not used that room for opening any positions..Last week,i received their first trade call through email and i made 200 PIPS on that trade(they only send GBPJPY Signals through email)..So,so far its pretty satisfying..
I think,one should try them once because they charge only one time fee..Moreover,if u r not satisfied,then Clickbank is always there to refund ur subscription fee..Infact i tried them just because of the Clickbank's assurance.
For now,i would rate them 4 Stars but surely will keep posting the latest one.

Since no one has posted a review, I think my brief contact with him is useful for someone else to follow up.
I emailed Jeff G and he explained how his trading room works and it seems fine. His response was quick and polite. I then followed up with what I thought was a normal easy question, do you have a past performance info. His website said hes been averaging 263 pips per week for over 6 months which is nice but is it documented?
He has yet to respond to my request which I think is interesting. If you are asking someone for money to join the trading room, shouldnt you be happy to show your past performance?
I might give him a try if he would.
