After testing demo account I decided to open a real account because everything seemed to be as stated in their web page.
I used wire transfer to make the initial deposit of $750. I paid all fees and comissions in the bank I used and I got the confirmation where it said the amount send to SpediaFx was $750.
I was surprised when I got my money in my SpediaFx account because the total amount was $730 so there is a hiden comission maybe from SpediaFX bank or from their intermediary bank.
I asked SpediaFx what's the reason, where it comes from this cost, is it a percentage, is it a fixed fee...?
After 10 days, I'm still asking them why there was a comission applied if they say in their web page wire transfer is 0 cost from their side.
I've received no answer from finance/transfers department (Catarina Matos) and the guy attending me in the chat and answering my emails (very nice btw) is always telling me he's escalated the issue and he hasn't received the answer yet.

I tried some brokers since 2006, include FXPro (and former North Finance), Alpari, FXDD, InterbankFx, MIG, ATC, Oanda, FXCM etc. I tried SpediaFx since april 2013 and compare to Alpari using same EA with same setup in both. In SpediaFX the EA had better results in majority of cases, probably because they have fast execution. In first months occured a problem with spykes, and I received the best assistence I ever seen. I feel they are really engaged to meet customer expectations and offer an excellent quality resources. I belive shortly they will be the best broker and at this time is surely one of the best.

I have been using SpedixFX for a while and I have had great results so far. Also I don't have any of the problems I used to have in the past brokers I used (Alpari UK, FxPro, Oanda). The spreads are great and there are no execution delays!

Fast execution, excellent support desk. I have a PAMM account with them. They are a serious firm. I am able to deposit and withdraw my funds rather quickly. I feel my money is safe with them.
