This company is regulated with FINMA as a securities dealer. This means it can only offer FX trading to institutional customers, such as banks, broker or funds. It seems clear from their website that they do not offer retail FX trading. They offer Metatrader which is interesting if you are an institutional customer which wants to trade on Metatrader, but I have not seen their spreads.

Too high spreads? GPB/USD is up To 10 pips. Horrible.. seems they do not want to grow...

Disappointing that this brokerage does not answer phones outside office hours as this would have prevented a large drawdown on an externally managed account. Otherwise it would be satisfactory.
