I did not want to react but I think, I cannot let “Olivier” telling people anything all the time.
You did not refund 3 times : you refund one month only as my account had not been set up even after subscription paiement. But you refused to refund as I recently complained about poor results. So that I lost much money not only because of your bad trades but also because of your particularly expensive costs. I prefered to stop subscription before you ruin me ! I think, it is not necessary to wait years for that !
I did not write “tons of mails every day” but I had to write you a few times because of technical problems that were due to lucking information of your part or because you had not set up my account. Finally I complained once about poor results. You did not answer. I then wrote again (perhaps 3 times within one or two weeks) before writing here because you proudly did refuse to answer anything.
You wanted to have me as a customer : you even called me to get me also as costumer by redrockfunds... OK, you don't want anymore. It's fine : I definitely don't want as well ! I had got to be crazy to go on with you !
I cannot list all your lies here : it is not the purpose and then I would need to write “tons”... but I find your lies disgusting.
More interesting : your pretty, claimed performance. You claim for a marvellous performance in 2011, (by the way acquired mostly at the very beginning of “technirobots”, particularly when it was not a “trade-copier”, and just before or at the time where many people wrote here very positively about you). But tell us : who can confirm this performance ? Which third party ? Can you publish a real account statement which would confirm?
When I was a costumer of technirobots, I had different results as those you claimed. I used FXCM, MT4 and a VPS to make sure I get all signals as you sent them. How can you explain I had different (and worse) results ?
How do you calculate your performance ?

2011-12-29 1Star I have been a client of this “service” since a few months. I have made a very bad experience so far : much money lost, both through extremely expensive fees (199 € a month !!!) and ridiculous bad trades. The guys seem to like buying at the top and selling at the bottom. They seem not to mind, what they do with client’s money... when they trade.
They mostly trade as few and bad as you can imagine. Only 1 trade during the last 5 weeks, which gave the worth possible result, cost also 5 weeks fees (so I paid about 240 € for this single, catastrophic advice !!!) and finally canceled a few +0.3 % realized in beginning of November.
Another bad use by “technirobots” : placing stops much farther as the target. So you possibly have more winning trades as lost, but one lost will be enough to “cancel” 3, 4, 5, 6 winning trades !
Results on my real account almost always worth as said on their website. Account balance regularly down.
Guys are also very unsympathetic and arrogant, highly pretentious indeed. They definitely refuse to answer e-mails. So after-sale service does not seem to exist as well. I never received any explanation for this awful service quality in spite of several requests. Just waiting for fees being paid and paid again.
May be they don't trade, even don't read mails and prefer having nice holidays with clients’ money ?
I will stop very soon and never try again.
I definitely advice staying away.

Answer to Pierre :

You registered 3 times on our website, and we refunded you 3 times, because we didn't want you as a customer. You spend your time sending tons of emails every day, complaining and we prefer to focus on our trading. You unregistrer when we lose a trade, a register again when we make profits ...

As we already explained to you, we don't send 500 signals a day, we choose only the best signals. This is why we end our year 2011 with 36.37% performance.
Our service is a long term service, not for people that want to use it for a month or 2.

Don't try to register again, you are blacklisted.

Thank you for sharing it.
As we announced in our emails, due to our few signals for the past weeks, we will provide 1 month free to all our customers with the release of our trade copier.

As i explained to you, we have spend almost 20 hours a day for the past weeks, developing a trade Copier, claimed by our customers. This also explained why we did not send so many signals.

But i understand your frustration, but not your honesty.
This is why i copy/paste the email you sent us.

My subscription is terminated, your performance this month has been dismal and appears to be a consistent decline over the last four months. If you refund my subscription fee I will not report my experience to the FPA.

This is a failed service, 283$ cost for 2 poor trades (less than 5 pips)
over 3 weeks. Stay away from this service! The reviews here are not up to date. Check the website and look at the performance charts. This is mostly my fault but I had faith in this forum and was still duped into another "madeoff" service. As I stated the signals they did send were not of any quality but were plotted on their May chart. (last updated May 10) These two claim to aim to provide 10 quality signals per month, this month qualifies as a scam in my opinion!! STAY AWAY

I have been receiving signals since February from these guys, and I have gotta say I have never seen quality signals like this anywhere else, and I have signed up to quite a few different trade recommendation companies in the past. The signals are clear, simple to understand and quick to execute. Using these signals I have had a success rate of over 85%! That's incredible! Combine these signals with correct money management and you are set for life. The signals have paid for itself multiple times over! I am earning more money trading these signals than I am working 60 hours a week as an electrician! They even offer coaching, so after trading with the signals for a while and making a nice profit why not get the coaching and learn how to pick the trades yourself? This is what I have been searching for for years! Thanks a lot technirobots.com I really appreciate it!

I have been using this service for 1 month now and so far have been very impressed with the results. The signals that come through are clear and concise - don't expect lots and lots, but they do say it's quality over quanity and the quality is first class.

I have personally reviewed the signals by technirobots. They are Real professional traders behind the site and the signals that they give are those that they use on their own tradings.

I signed up for this service just under one month ago and I can safely say it is the best thing I have done since I started trading!
