I cannot believe this company. few months i have contacted the customer support asking for questions about withdrawals and no one is responding - no matter how hard i have tried. you cannot trust a company like that, this is why i am not trading with them anymore, i stopped doing that 6 months ago and i am sorry i didn't write a review here until now. Very bad company - beware.

Issue escalated to Traders Court Guse vs tradaxa.com | GUILTY
I was trading with them since last October. In the beggining all went ok. The problems started when I tried to withdrawal my funds.
When I tried to withdrawal part of my funds, they kept telling me about some technical issues.
2 months passed and I tried to close my account and transfer all my funds. They simply didn't give me back my money. Keep telling me about some problems, and now just trying to find some excuse about my trading activity to retain my capital.
Scam.

Reference my January 21 post, I wish to retract my statement that Sisma Capital is a scam. After more than a month of incommunicado, one of their employees called and spoke with me. I still do not know what actually happened, but he assured me Tradaxa is still operating, that Sisma Capital website is really being taken down temporarily and will be available again soon. He also helped to re-activate my accounts after re-loading a new platform and, thank God, my funds are still intact.

2014-01-20 1 Star Sisma Capital, which owns Tradaxa.com, is a SCAM. I had two accounts with them, one of which was using their robot trading service. When I submitted request for funds withdrawal, there was no acknowledgement from them. Email to their support desk also yielded no response. Now my accounts have been disabled. Their website is taken down and their phone lines are cut. They have totally disappeared with all their clients' money.
