He's gone! Too my money and ran! No signal, no service, no nothing. He's even shut down his websites. Scam artist. I'm wondering if there may be a way to take him to court, and if its worth it. Well, if nothing else, we all collectively wish him the worst -- may he burn in hell with all the money he's stolen from us ($1K from me). He gives honest, ethical traders and service providers a bad name.

Looks like LC has closed pipsinthebank.com and udaytrading.com, both are up the sale. I hope those who wanted their money back did get it. Now, will he re-invent himself or just admit, it was not working.

i have joined the service about 1 year now, and I can tell you this is c***! Only marketing games, pips in the pocket, pips in the bank... He is good at marketing, nothing else. Chat room was hardly accessible, refund forget it, Letter of Direction is not working, I have to admit that some months were profitable, when the guy was very focused. But his main problem was that he was always planning new marketing games and then he lost focus.
Not a service to join for sure...

Really bad, traded pipsinthebankea for 40 days, lost 82 pips, sent 2 emails requesting a refund (as promised) no reply at all. Stay away from L.C.

I would not go near LC or any of his services. During the last 6 months I have used his chat room, sms signals and also signed up to his LOD program - all of which have not lived up to his marketing or achieved results. The final nail in the coffin is waiting for the refund he promised 6 weeks ago for his failed LOD program. He has not replied to any of my emails in this period. LC, please give my money back!!

Just giving a Aug 19th update on LC's August trading, he is minus 570 pips for the month. Almost every trade he is calling it in the wrong direction. Be careful.

Scott, USA is not telling the truth. He must be an associate from LC. In the 9 months I have been with LC, he never made 400 pips a month, in most months far from 400 and many months negative. So far in August 2010 LC is down 300 pips. Worst part, is LC will have huge drawdowns of 140 pips plus and gains of 20 or less in general as this month. In the end, LC's technical trading is a joke. I strongly recommend avoiding him. The only time I saw LC up was a 3 week period from end of June to mid July, which he send out mass mailing promising bigger results. He ended July with 280 pips not his promised 400. LC is try to live of his sales and not his trading and that is reason enough to avoid him. He is too pathetic to be considered a Scam.

Akinsanmi, I don't think you are report the truth, I have been using LC's service since the beginning of the year. I started off with the sms service and he really did send messages that resulted in at least 400 pips per month. These results were posted on his website and no one disputed the results when he posted them Since he started offering his new EA, I have had it running on a account with no other ea's on it and his ea makes me about 300 to 400 pips per month net. I would recommenrd his ea. All the others I have tried do not work. I feel pretty good about this one.

I have been waiting for a refund to LC pipsinthebank ea since July 2, 2010-I was promised the refund( they guarantee 60 days) would be processed by July 23-have yet to receive it and each email has been ignored. I was planning on keeping one of the EA but they fail to send me the password each month so the damm thing is useless-most notable problems are with customer service which is virtually non existent-the tech chat room has been suspended so not much can be done but to complain on forums- If you read this LC I want a complete refund for both EA's $375 and $149.

LC now has his EA pips in the bank, and has done a 180 reversal and is now doing the original trade copier, which he a few months back stated he had to cancel do to regulatory issues. Now its his main for sale item. He promises 400 pips a month, in July he made 280 pips and so far in August he is down. One has to watch the size of his trades, he trades 10K lots which has an easy translation to 1 pip up on down move, however recently he did two trades at 100K which were only 17 and 8 pips, put give an exaggerated performance that is positive, but when adding up the pips he is negative for the month. Perhaps this was a error or an attempt to make his results look better than they are.
Knowing LC for 9 months, the only positive month was July but 120 pips less than his 400 pip minimum. He spends most of his time trying to sell his EA rather than trading and when he does trade I can't say it works out very well. One positive month in 9 is not good at all. In short Beware of what LC states
