Very Very Bad Broker,
I had deposited funds with them and after it grew by 13k, I thought that they where reputable and could be trusted however, they traded on my account without my permission and accessed my account without my permission and then proceeded to trade on my account until it was zero. These people do not know the first thing about trading and are fraudsters and theives. They cannot be trusted and people should stay away from them.

Well I fell for it. It started in late December 2015 with the Canuck Method an offshoot of the Aussie Method indicating a trading robot that would make small trades with an 80% efficiency, so I entered my info and it sent me to VipOptions.com, the broker who would handle the funds the robot traded. It also sent to to 5 or 6 other brokers every time I logged on.
I set up my initial trading acct at VipOptions with $250 USD and was quickly contacted by Tom E. a senior broker at the firm who convinced me the human factor was much better than a Robot and if I increased my initial deposit to $1000.00 USD he would show me what a VIP acct. could do. He indicated he would make the trades for this acct and would prove it over a month. He also indicated the company would guarantee the initial deposit for the first 30 days trial. He indicated I did not need to send in any compliance documentation at that time but could wait till I was ready to withdraw funds. (First Red Flag I should have seen) I watched the acct. and it grew in little bits, 29 dollars one day 50 dollars another day until it was just over $1700 USD after about 3 weeks and then the trading stopped (Wow a 70 % return, i'm impressed). I was not able to see which trades were being made or how many trades it took to make these profits. (2nd Red Flag)

After the 30 days were up he again contacted me indicating I would need to bring the initial deposit up to 5000 USD to maintain the VIP acct. and continue to have him trading for me. At this level I would be charged a 30 % commission on the increased value of the acct. monthly or on the amount of funds I withdrew from the acct. I didn't have the extra $4000 at the time as I was waiting for a property sale to finalize and told him this. He indicated to call him when I was ready to increase my investment. I continued trading on the platform with these funds and managed to get it over $3000.00 before some losing trades took it back down to $1700. In late February he contacted me indicating he was being promoted in the company and would only be looking after accts with balances over 25000 USD and he wanted to close my acct but the company only did withdrawals $5000 or greater and asked that I bring the acct up to that level so he could close it (3rd Red Flag). I again indicated I did not have the funds to do this and he indicated he would see what he could do and sent me the compliance documents which I completed and sent back. In the Email with the documents I asked why my acct needed to be closed but got no response from the compliance department.

While waiting for the Compliance department to contact me back I continued to log in and watch some of the action but did not enter any other trades nor did I authorize any other trades on the acct. On the 22nd of March when I tried to Log in I was told my password user name was wrong. (It was set up in my Google Chrome so was never changed). I wrote an email to Tom and to the Support@VipOtions .com and got no response. When I used the forgot password prompt the next day I was told that there was no acct with that name. In doing other research on other sites I have read that this "password wrong or changed" then no acct is a typical ploy made by binary companies after they have taken all they can from a "client".
I am hoping that this info informs others or that others will read and share their stories about this company. I am still hoping I am wrong and haven't been scammed.
VipOptions indicates it is a company under Techfin options ltd registration number: 115893 31 Barrack Road, second Floor , Belize City, Belize

1- activated my account with only 250$ after receiving a call from the account manager, for a surprise she had my profile!!! But only missing my credit card #
2- wanted to test as that time the scam from Banc de binary started to get clear. After 20 or so days I requested a withdraw of 100$, got an email from the acc mngr saying it's your money.
3- read a reply linking vipoptions to Banc de binary, I suspected the legitimacy of the vipoptions and requested a withdrawal of 250$
4- got a call from my acc mngr with a strange & aggressive tone, she said that I promised to deposit money but I didn't and they make a small profit out of successful trades and can't allow the withdrawal in a short time
5- conclusion, stay away...you don't have a full control over your account, moreover they are strangely linked to Banc de binary

I deposited 2000U.S.D. with them and a trader called Tom Ellis called me trying to convince me to invest more ,so I told him I want to try first and he shows me that he doubled my money in the first day , the I asked him to give me more time to find out if its luck or he is that good , in 2 weeks he called me asking me to deposit 10000 or he will not trade for me so I told me I want to withdraw my money and close the account and since then each tie I make a withdraw request they told me its a bonus and not a profit , so when I made finally a withdraw for my initial capital (2000) and I sent them a formal mail to their support and to Tom Ellis the trader on the 24th of January, I was surprised on the 26th of January 2016 by a mail from their support team that I can not withdraw my capital because they trade with it on the 26 and they lost it all . That is why I am sure they are a bunch of fraud and thieves

VIPOPTIONS.COM will do everything to keep your funds, they have many tricks do not get caught in balance growing. They show the balance going up and ask to invest more money to go into higher level gold black or platinum account to get more insured trades and more profit etc. At the end that money is not yours to take home, so do not invest here.

So, It appears my bank was on the ball, they told me they would try and contact the merchant. then within 48 hours I had all 3 transactions and interest charged back. I am so releived.
So, on Thursday night I went to collect my daughter from work and come back home to find 3 missed calls from RG within a minute, he's never tried to call more than once in the past so must have been desperate. Following morning I thought, "I'll just check my account in case they tried another withdrawal." to my surprise, there is the transaction reversals I asked for with interest reversed also, due to the Aussie dollar being so low at present I have lost a little, but I really don't care, I have the bulk of it back in my account.
My bank made the whole ordeal very simple, it was easy and they followed up on it straight away.
I recommend anyone challenging a fraudulent trader to follow these simple steps.
1. If it sound too good to be true - It is
2. If they won't release funds - something's wrong, it's your money
3. Ring the bank, ask for a charge back, have your testimony with evidence ready in case your asked to present it.
4. be patient.
Hope this helps anyone feeling the way I was prior to my bank taking charge.

2016-01-19 1Star I have been trying to get some finances back from this broker, as of today, I can't log into my account, their phone numbers on the site don't work and they tried to draw from my account last night without my permission.
Same routine as EveryOptions review here on FPA, was promised insured trades, increase in my account which it did do, however, money is not mine until it's in my personal secured bank account.
Things appeared great at first, however I did have my reservations due to the website only being established since August, issues I discovered with the platform, and just my gut.
Richard Green, my account manager is a smooth talker, had a reason for every query or concern I had.
On one occasion he introduced me to his mentor, David Goldenberg, after my interaction with him and he encouraging me to invest more dollars I searched his name and discovered he is mentioned of several occasions here at Forex Peace Army. Instantly my realisation hit home. This is a scam, since discovering his name repeatedly here I have limited my talking with RG and insisted on my money being returned to me, have changed my password on the account.
Since then, as above, my account is now locked as I can no longer login or even reset my password. I know RG tried to access after my demand of closing the account as it sent a failed login attempt and a password reset prior to the SMS for my bank password to authorise a payment.
I have blocked the merchant through my bank and requested a new card.
I am now in the process of trying to get the bank to do a charge back, unfortunately it's going to take 6-8 weeks approximately for the investigation.
As much as my wife and I can't afford the A$4000+ we have no choice but to keep paying off the card.

DO NOT open an account with this Broker, you will be promised the best alternatives and lifestyle change only to receive nothing but misery handed to you.

"IF IT APPEARS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, PROBABLY IS!"

2015-12-20 No Rating I have recently signed up with VIPoptions, I''ve not had any bad experience yet, but I have read some posts here regarding easy options and am very concerned as it seems to be played exactly the same way. David Goldenberg is the master analasys of this organisation and his name has popped up a cpoule of time here. I will give a full review once I request a deposit. At present every call is requesting more money. I hope this will bring others out with any concerns. The website has only been operating for a short time. The site has many changes regularly and I have asked. Once for a small deposit to see how it pans out and advised I have to request through my account manager. All the bells (so to speak) have been going off. I WILL NOT be investing anymore as we don't have the funds. Emails have been going back and forth trades have been minimal however my (their) account has almost doubled. Again though it's not mine until it's in my account.
Just be wary at this stage.
