One time when I was chatting with the IronFX support I told them what happened, and Im feeling sad myself and don’t really undersatnd how can these kind of unfair things happen. Once again: it was not the IronFX's fault, but they compensated my loss just to make me happy.

I have an account with Ironfx through point zero trading and the process was smooth from the start of the opening and its going well even now.I also got to withdraw money and received it 3 days after which I think is good service.My account manager is great as he calls me regularly to check if things are going well.

I am a VIP FxPro client and these brokers have got my information from some source as from what I see many of their employees use to belong to Fxpro. They keep on bothering me non stop to move my account to them and they will give me special benefits; I have said No more than 20 times this supposing account manager..
