I think all lost the money as the clients filed criminal cases against exential. So Sydney will only get sentenced and will be free to not pay. So move on with your life.

again, hats off to you for admitting that you are greedy. and its quite obvious that you only came to this forum after EG was closed because i mentioned a lot of times that i dont have any account with EG. we were warning people not to put their money in EG. thats was my purpose. now that EG is closed, im suppose to just be a spectator. but i cant stop myself from not responding to people like you who brag their profits and still try to claim capital despite knowing that EG was a scam. but then again, we all just have to accept that there are heartless people living in this planet. but please dont believe that there are many like you. i still want to believe that your kind of people are lesser than the good ones.

Thanks again for the compliment riderx2. I admit again I am greedy, not just for my money in EG but in many different ways... I change jobs for better packages... isn't that greed v/s loyalty. I am in Dubai ... isn't that greed for more money and a better life ? And believe me, my kind are many. But you are one amazing person who has a high opinion about yourself; narcissist? High self esteem ? Hats off to you ! How many people have you advised to make the lawyers richer ?
Lets see who Karma finds first; the 'honest' greedy people or the liars who claim to be helping others and publishing false news and advising people wrongly for their own benefit.
My sister has been questioning me about Chris’s comments. First he said it was amazing that not 10 but 15 million had been found all over the world. Few posts later, he said that there is no guarantee the 15 million would be recovered from different countries. My sister says this is what will eventually happen; Carlton will claim they were unable to recover the money from all over due to country regulations. As it is, the 15 million is a myth. The investigators and the newspaper think they have solved a mystery linking the 007 office number to the 007 vehicles… that was hilarious !
My sister has two accounts, the second account she opened from the profits earned from the first account. Totally she only withdrew USD 5000. According to Chris above, she can only claim USD 15000.
My sister has also noted in someone’s comment above, that even though the court gives a judgement to pay (the principal in this case USD 15000), payment will not happen immediately. She would still need to wait.
Based on the above, my sister and her friends have decided not to spend any additional money on lawyers. Firstly, they can only claim the principal and secondly, even if they pay the lawyers they have to wait and if they don’t engage a lawyer, they have to wait. When it is appropriate they were planning to approach EG. My sister is a good person, she admits it is she who approached EG for the account in the first place and it is the right thing for her to do to remain patient.
But I see now that if SL is sentenced, she won’t even get her principal, with our without a lawyer. Because of some few people who claim they were helping, the patient clients have to suffer.

Go and ask those clients who filed a criminal or civil case on EG, Was this step taken to make sure the thousands of families suffer because of their stupidity? Today for all that the clients have done, no one got a solution nor their money, we have put an end to our hopes and will never see SL again nor our Dollars again. Thank you clients for just killing our last hope, which was SL. sleep well all of u and well done lawyers, newspapers and Investigators, hope your bank account/s have a huge deposit balance, from foolish clients of Exential. We will surely see SL after god knows, how many years
Next step: make sure you file cases on the ones who further stole your money. goodluckGet your facts straight. People lost their money because EG was a ponzi. Some of your cash is probably with MiaJen who gained at least 3x her capital.
Payment delays did not start only when the clients filed a case. It started in last quarter of 2015. Then EG promised to pay on Jan 2016, and then March 2016, and then June 2016. SL was only arrested in December 2016. The only reason they mentioned was due to bank restrictions which is obviously a lie. And it was during this time (I think Feb 2016) that they started withdrawing huge amounts of money from your accounts, as seen in the broker statements.
Please dont dignify a fraudster like hes your only hope now. He was the reason of all this mess and he had all the time in the world to fix this if EG was legit.
Yes, it is painful to know that you may not recover your money. Heck, even Bernie Madoff's case is still not fully settled. Curse, rant, shout all you want. But dont think that SL is a hero.
On second thought, if he is indeed just a fall guy as what others opined, maybe he can be a "key person" (note: not a hero) to solve this case. He can probably confess and tell the authorities everything and everyone involved in this mess.

Same old fairy tales, sorry, but we clients are fed up!! it seems to be that only the advocates, newspapers, investigators and competitors, know the real story and no one else, not even the authorities, that's why there is no solution yet. Funny ya ! Me and many clients have got their facts right, and somehow we know a little maybe, not as much as the newspapers and all the story tellers, where the hype was not for more than 3 days and nothing happens. Everything what was published on the newspapers, same as what you keep saying rider, has been repeated, a millions times, just by the same people, no one new, ( note : maybe to keep the negativity alive for whatever reasons or benefits for themselves) even the fake assets and the lies, but why the police of Dubai do not believe or have the same story, when i showed them the articles, they say, thank you for informing, we will investigate, and look clueless about these articles. We wonder, why there have been statements from only clients and Lawyers on newspapers and not any authorities yet? isn't it something to think about? clients are thinking, All you non investors think too or maybe you do not wish to, its alright.
I think you said what many think, Sydney lemos is become a HERO, you and all of us, including media made him one. Agree or disagree, doesn't matter anymore. Guess what, even the cops have been saying it, Sydney was your only hope, there are no assets. We killed our hopes, non- investors, can keep reasoning, its all cool. One question? why did the lawyers take $16000 from their clients, to finally tell us that Sydney lemos is getting sentenced? Refund please!!!!

It is high time for us clients to find solutions for ourselves. We need to put pressure on the authorities for the best solution. We need to ask them why they have been delaying this. We need our money.
It is pointless to depend on any lawyer, newspapers and middle men. As someone has rightly said herein, these are scavengers waiting to loot us further. Hope you all have learnt your lesson.

File a complaint with the police. This at least puts you in line for a share of whatever assets the authorites may recover. It also is one more documented victim to add when the time comes to sentence all the criminals.
For everyone saying that Sydney should have been gone after civilly instead of criminally, wake up! This whole thing might not have started out as a Ponzi, but it certainly turned into one at some point. Filing lawsuits would just have resulted in remaining assets being shifted to other companies even faster, all while coming up with new investment plans to lure in even more victims.
Ponzi scammers and those who knowingly assist them belong in one place - prison. Anything short of that only results in more lives being ruined.
