You can't cancel your own visa. The sponsor needs to sign the cancellation. So all your talk of RMs cancelling their own visas and running is incorrect. So I assume the rest of your post is too

Between the slanging match can I advise everyone to have a go at getting money back using email method described in this thread. My friend got a chunk back yesterday.

I got aa reply from ELP saying:"Your request for the account closure and transfer of equity to FC Prime Markets AU was received in May 2016 and processed accordingly." I closed my accounts with Exential in January so what were they doing transferring the balance in May? Any advice on what to do

I have just spent an hour searching back through all the posts trying to find the email addresses to find out if your accounts still have money. I have ellipsys and fci markets. I am sure there was a third possibility?

They are not the masterminds behind this.

Seventy six calls to my RM not answered. Fifteen hours on the offices and I wasn't offered a meeting with SL.

Why is he not in the office on a daily basis meeting with clients and working on resolving the payment issues ? I have been into the office numerous times and sometimes waited there all day. I have never seen him. If he has nothing to hide or run from, why is it only the special few investors...

Sorry I don't consider this a credible sighting.

Anyone know when the last sighting of SL was? December? February? Here or in India? I am starting to suspect the accounts were all frozen progressively from the end of last year and that he may be having "free board and lodgings" if you know what I mean.
