In my opinion, European session is the most decent period, at least for me. During its time, all the assets I trade and which are strategically profitable for me become available.

I too admire this session ,while doing trading with any session need a good strategy specially overlapping session are more sensitive when market is very fast trading volume is high . one need to do trading using his best plan . In this way they can make profit as per their wish . More than a session timing there is important your experience to deal with trading.
