    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Sorry for late anwser. We had holidays in Poland.
I finally received my withdrawal from Exness.
It took Exness 9 days to order transfer to me.
Transfer take only 1 day like I mention sepa transfers take 1-2 days not 3-5 days like Exness claim.
Horrible witdrawal service by Exness + lying support.

Are you registered with Express CYPRUS? Because their bank accounts are located in UK, the SEPA should be quick in that case. I am an old client and had to make a new account with the EU website to get that advantage, so please check!

i wanted to hedge my eur-try position but for some reason exness didnt let me
i tried MANY! times and then i give up ... today my account is margin call !!!!

its typical marketmaker scam behaviour ...easy setting in their backoffice plugin software
respecting nobody if you long time client or new -

Please see their reply below.

We have carefully checked the situation you reported and would like to inform you of the results.

Please be informed that except the case of invalid prices requested by a trading robot, [invalid prices] error also appears at times of low liquidity, fast market moves, poor Internet connection or depending on other factors.

If, because of number of reasons, there is no way to confirm the latest quotes with our quotes providers, the trading server is likely to return the [Invalid prices] error in response to opening, closing, or modifying an order. Similarly, because of the poor Internet connection the client may be attempting to have their trades executed at old prices, and, therefore, get [Invalid prices] error.


Taking this into consideration, as well as information from server logs from 7.12.2016, we confirm that orders at the moment displayed on video were executed correctly.

Only ECN account matters with Exness. Even that account I might be suspect with. If they fak over their traders like this on dealing acct, who is to say that they are not doing something similar with ECN account?

Does Exness provide full post trade receipts showing who took the other side of the trade, how long the fill took, etc for ECN account?
