Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I was scammed for thousand of Euros from Walker Laurent also known as Wlinc (wlinc.com). This firm is a broker working on the American market, based in China but operating everywhere in the world and with the leading banks in Europe to transfer funds with worldwide transfer agents

I want to alert potential customers of this dangerous company.

There is two maybe three companies authorized in all of China to trade on US Markets (Beijing/CCP is the only entity in Mainland who can authorize companies in China to trade on the US exchanges). To trade on US markets, any company must be registered with the US CFTC and US NFA therefore have you reached out to either of these US government agencies to inquire about Wlinc?

Thank you for your answer.
I wasn't aware of this information. I am going to contact them to be sure that the company is really settle in China even if all the indications on their business documents are in this way and to check if they authorize the business of Walker Lautent in the United States. Dennis Walker is American. I have spoken to him many times.
Even if my funds can't be recovered, I want That Walker Laurent can no more be a broker!
