junk EA

Waste of money, robot loses continuously - the moneyback guarantee is a joke, Felix Fanning is a scammer. No reply whatsoever and Paypal won't refund you. Do NOT waste your money on this piece of junk EA.

Looks Great, but that darned 100% Guarantee fine print

It appears this product is new and the AvailForexEA.com forum is not set up yet, which is the more appropriate thread for my comments. FPA moderator, please move my comments to the forum, if you so decide.
A good price, over seven weeks of real account testing by FPA with an average of 375 pips per week in EURUSD and GBPUSD, what is not to like. However, the refund guarantee is critical, no matter what. The Avail Forex Terms of Service states in order to be eligible, (still subject to Avail's judgment), a user would have to submit a live real money account statement showing an ending loss with the Avail EA. This is a bit of a conundrum. The 100% guarantee is valid for thirty days, so you would have to start the EA in a real money account the day you bought it. Now, what if you are losing money and after a week or so, you say enough is enough. According to the Terms of Service, you would not qualify for the 100% guarantee, because you don't have thirty days of real money activity. I am very concerned about throwing a new EA into a real money account without a week or so testing in a demo account.
Everything looks great except the fine print in the Terms of Service regarding the guarantee. I was all set to pull the Paypal trigger just based on the FPA report, but that nagging fine print causes me concern.
I will keep an eye on this page and see what other bold users have to say. The $149 would be a drop in the bucket compared to what I have spent and lost in Forex. So it is not the money as much as being faced with another EA that did not work for me with no recourse. Gosh, Avail management, I don't need thirty days anyway, just a week or so and if it did not work for me, I could get my purchase price back, "no questions asked". Make that change and you can sign me up.

Not a full review at the moment but the "We are available to you 24 hours a day," it's not accurate. Waiting that my demo get's activated for 24h and no response to two emails. If no feedback is given a Paypal refund will be submitted.
