ugmfx.com Review

I've been with UGM for 7 months and happy with very good customer service and fairness. However NFA stopped them currently from allowing trades other than liquidation. In best interest to customers, my account open positions, if any remaining, will now be automatically closed by UGM on July 6, 2007, and then accounts will be transferred seamlessly to IFX Markets without cost, commissions or additional fees, unless I choose to not accept such a transfer.

I have been using ugmfx for 2 months now, here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
1)Slightly faster execution than other brokers, but not always
2)Spreads are slightly narrower than other brokers for a few crosses
Cons:
1)Many times gives the error message "Trade is Disabled" and you cannot do any trade
2)Has system errors by executing orders at a huge disadvantage from prevailing market price (more than 60 pips). I notified them of this errors, and so far I've been waiting 15 days and I haven't got any refund yet, though they acknowledged the error
3)Charge you commission above the spreads on each transaction

i have an real account with ugmfx.com....they have good customer service, good price flow"no reqoute more than regular rate that happened at any other company" , i f i rate them will be " 5 stars"....

So far dissapointing execution during news. Multiples requotes. also charge commission on top of spreads. have promised a bridge to currenex patform shorlty which they say will enable better execution and liquidity during news times.

A new company, I just tried them and they are like all the other bad brokers. Don't waste your time. requote after requote.

UGM has outstanding client service; they were very patient with me on the phone worked me through having 3 demos running at the same time. I am getting an excellent execution with my live account. I have more than 5 years experience dealing with FX FCMs and for fact no company out there will re-quote for 2 standards contract size (20 minis) or below position. Basically, companies set their system for automated execution for any position equal or less then 2 standard lots, so the dealer cannot see the client trade is coming. I think what happened with you Mike was internet connection issue or UGM server wasn’t up when you entered your trade, because no companies I ever heard re-quotes 5 to 6 times 1 micro lot contract. As far as I am concerned I am happy and highly recommend UGM for whom looking for customer service and one to one client service. Good Luck

I like the trade execution and customer service I get from UGM. The best Meta Trader 4 brokerage I have used so far.

Don't even bother to trade with them. They give you requote on requote!!! up to 5-6 times, even you clic "yes" on the first one instead of execution you will get another requote.requote even on 0.10lot!!spread no good eur/usd 3pips, cable 4pips.and on feed they use skuing.platform freezing at least 2 times a day. And as usual for scammy brokers very nice speaking customer support. Rate between 1 star and scam.
