Different and better
Length of use: over 1 Year
This CFD broker offers a very simple setup. The amount of items you buy per instrument decides the value of one point or one pip movement. When 1 buy 1.5 of Wallstreet each of the points that the Dow rises will make me 1.5$ if I have a US$ account or 1.5 Euro when I have a Euro account. Pretty easy to stay on top of position sizing and risk management. The best thing is their fixed spread. Bid and Ask prices always have the same spread. However, the spread differs in size when official market hours are closing. I alsways close my positions overnight.
On and off they have platform issues, but so far they have always compensated me for errors on their end of the trade. Payouts are directed to the account or CC I used to fund the account and they usually arrive with 2 or 3 business days.
Overall, TD365 is my prefered choice in the CFD and Forex market.

Slippage and selective behaviour

Length of use: over 1 Year
Been there more than 4 to 5 years, before and after they moved from Australia. Maybe it is more.
They used to be the best.
Now maybe they were sold, anyway the site changed looks and things changed.
Slippage was always a problem here, now more than ever.
Now it is not just small slippage..
Last one i experienced was during the gap 10 nov 2022 US opening.
Gap is acceptable, but the following slippage of 25 usd (SP500 price increase) is wildly unacceptable.
They offer cfd's not futures or a broker traded instrument.
I, and more clients left after this incident, as we all agreed that more suspicious behavior had been spottet since the change/new owners.
I will go back to futures.
Their comment was that they simulated as close to market conditions as possible. In other words they stripped their clients to the bone, despite their promise to fill positions as soon as possible, which is when there is trade on the futures chart.
They refused to honor their promise of filling when there is trades on the futures chart after the gap.
All in all I get the impression that I was no longer wanted in the brokerage and they blew up my account when they got the chance/excuse.
