Zorro Futures Indicator

I have purchased several indicators from this company and thought it would be a good idea to let others know of my experience.
I purchased the Zorro Futures indicator after watching their commercial. It looked really good on screen, but it is hard to know if they are adding the indicator to the perfect spots for demonstration purposes.
Meaning, I dont have the same trading experiences. I add the indicator to the lowest or highest points, and the second point is then placed at the highest or lowest points where you can then see the area where the retrace bounce should happen. But I am generally stopped out in most cases.
The indicator is very easy to use, but it is not cheap.
I wanted to do this review because it appears they have a revised "Zorro" for trading called the E Mini Z Pattern. It appears to be very similar in what it does,
Overall, the company is very responsive in their customer service. However, the indicator does not meet my expectations.
