Afterprime review: Regulations, Trading Platforms, Trading Instruments and Traders ratings

I have been working with this broker since their name changed from Global Prime to Afterprime and so far it's been great all the way.

Just surprised that they are in Australia but not regulated by ASIC. I will want to see that they get regulated by ASIC soon

I've been trading with Afterprime for almost 4 years now, back from the day when they were still Global Prime.

My experience from this first 3 months after the transition has been overall positive. Trading conditions are basically exactly the same as before in terms of slippage, spreads, execution times, etc. No complaints there whatsoever. Regarding the customer service it has continued to be one of their strongest points, with a solid team of executives always available on the live chat to sort out any questions super fast. They've all been very helpful, patient and understanding with whatever issues or concerns may arise.

My only issue with the transition was a very long wait to have access to the client portal, which was explained to me by a lot of the staff. It took longer than ideal, but in the end it got sorted out and throughout this time the team was constantly giving me updates and reassurance that everything was being handled. Deposits and Withdrawals are (so far for me at least) a breeze and have no complaints there.

Regarding Leverage I do wish they'd offer some more options for traders who "earn" that right, as 1:200 can be still too low for certain trading methods and profiles.

I've used Global Prime since I started trading, I am still very much learning after only being at it for a year and a half or so. GP was the only broker I used and I was very happy with them. The account setup and KYC was quick and efficient, the spreads are very competitive, withdrawals are processed very quickly, they even added Crypto with up to 1:3 leverage which was a nice addition. Great choice of apps to trade with depending on your device and preference...who could ask for more?

Some reviews have said there was no communication about the migration to Afterprime, this is simply not true and unfair. I did receive various emails, although I do confess to not paying much attention to them, but that is on me!

Since the migration my account details have moved over seamlessly. Payment methods were not but I can understand why. I can login with the same details as before without any issue and trade just the same.

The only niggle, which is a big one for me, is that although the Afterprime website heralds Tradingview as a supported platform, it currently isn't. Afterprime is simply not on the Tradingview list of brokers, for the moment anyway. The reason seems to be "testing" and "making sure everything is right", however as GP had Tradingview support without any issues it seems like a clear failure that this platform was not available on launch. Currently there has been no communication by AP by email with a date for this. I don't use Discord, perhaps there is something over there?

However, I will be staying with Afterprime as the low spreads, excellent range of assets to trade and fast withdrawals give me no reason to go elsewhere. It is just a shame Tradingview support is not quite there yet. Had it been the review would be 5 stars not 4.

I was a GP client, and then I got notification where I'll get transferred to the new entity named Afterprime. I follow the process carefully and wasn't as smooth as I hope. But the team working to solve any issue that occur tirelessly, live chat, email, discord, ig, fb messenger, all of them will response to your inquiry, nothing hidden or suspicious. And today, April 11, just couple working days after I submitted the withdrawal request, I got the money in my bank. I think it was pretty easy, I provide the documents they need for verification, and they process it without any hassle.

And now I'm still trading with them, of course with their amazing 0 spread (you can check it from myfxbook). I think it'll be impossible if I don't use AP for a long time. 0 spread, no hassle withdrawal, works with MT4, various deposit option.

I was satisfied GlobalPrime client and I decided to stay with AfterPrime because they have built trust with their transparent approach.

I don't know any other serious broker where I can communicate with the funder directly like it is with Jeremy - the funder of AfterPrime.

Since the first day AfterPrime have the best spreads in the retail forex industry. I hope these tight spreads will stay for long time and not only at the beginning.

I am looking forward to trade with AfterPrime and see how they will develop.
