The only and most significant drawback for me is the support, inconvenient interaction. When I registered, I couldn't understand the documents and decided to contact support. Communicate through email? You must be joking. Telegram bot is not very convenient, it is generally strange. Maybe no one writes and there is no such problem, but I didn't like it. I've been on the platform for a month, and this issue still bothers me a bit. Otherwise, everything is normal. Trading is convenient. Commissions are low. The terminal works without interruptions, MetaTrader 5 is an interesting topic, as it turns out, I haven't encountered it before. Even the site was updated, new subsections appeared, various promotions, but the issue was not resolved with support))) you need human communication on the phone and not via mail. How it turns out that way is not clear, in my opinion, this is where the attention should have been focused, but again, this is just my opinion.
