They refunded the money they charged on my card the same day they took it . Had to go on their discord to contact someone from lumex because their customer service email on their website didn't work. Overall everything has been resolved

Lumex is the first group I've joined that actually seem to care about their members, I joined about a week ago, my first day was unfortunately a loss, I spoke to the team, they were pretty transparent with me and explained losses happen, since then, Tuesday right through to today (Friday) have been profitable every day. They're a new group so was fairly sceptical to begin with, but so far so good! I'll update this review in about a month to share a further update on my results!

Great signals and fantastic customer support

Fairly new to trading I wasn't sure who to go with and what to do, they were extremely helpful in the Discord. I got my first profits and here we are 2 months later I'm still with them. Highly recommend them as they also have a big network of very profitable traders.

Beginners luck? I don’t think so

As a total beginner I was a little bit terrified to delve into the world of risk and pips. Lumex has been a total success - supporting me in making decisions I wouldn’t have otherwise made and Sidney has personally spent many hours mentoring and coaching me on the charts and has enabled me to start looking at my own trades. I can affirm that I have definitely made a profit and from what I understand that is a rarity at best.
